McFaul's has become one of my favorite restaurants! The food is consistently great! The menu has so much to choose from. They have an expansive drink menu. But what I love most is the service! From the hostess to the managers and everyone in between are always awesome! I especially love Taylor! He is always upbeat, super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!!

We were so lucky they accommodated our group of 8 last minute when our other choice for brunch fell through. $4 mimosas was also a win! I got the fried chicken Benny (which was really chix and waffles with an egg) but it was delish and a huge portion! The home fries were so good and crunchy. I think the fave of the table was the chix and waffles. Our waitress did seem a little flustered, but she was very friendly.

I love it when you all recommend a winner! Yelp led us to McFaul's and delivered wonderful goodness. It's a comfortable restaurant with low noise, good food, and friendly staff. And a valet so parking is not an issue. The "naked" shrimp salad wrap (no tortilla for gluten free) was delicious. It has a mild sauce and not overdressed. Healthy spring greens and chopped tomatoes. I ordered potato salad for my side. Excellent choice to go with some of the greens and the tomatoes. Other choices at our table were: rock fish taco - better than most, shrimp and crab wrap - very good, roasted cheese sandwich and tomato soup - it was obviously well enjoyed. One minor note : The place could use a total dusting. If we come back to the area, we will definitely come back to McFauls!

This place has been on my list for years. Glad they made it through COVID. I drove by several times and then finally remembered the name. Then added it on my list. Since it sits back in the woods and kinda isolated (romantic if you will); it was hard to catch the name and then remember it to my next location (well for me). Long story short - I really enjoyed it. Every person was kind and friendly. My Korean tacos were super delicious. I would go again.

Don't try getting a good seat on a Friday or a Saturday on the deck. Several weeks ago we arrived at approximately 5pm Friday evening expecting to park in the upper lot (I have handicap tags) and there was an open space. The valet parking attendant told us we couldn't park there but we could park in the lower lot and walk up several flights of steps; NOT. Then we got into the restaurant, the bar and deck dining was hot, loud and crowded. We finally was seated in the lower back area which was hot; they finally open the windows to allow cooler air in. The service was average along with the food. When we finished and checked out we went to the valet parking area for the attendant to retrieve our car when we noticed that the handicap space we were going to use previously was now occupied with a non-handicapped vehicle. Very disappointed.

I love the food , the atmosphere home atmosphere... the great service and the staff are helpful!!! The inside is great on a hot summer afternoon and the outside fan Cole's patio is great for warm nights also !!!! All the mimosas!!!!!!

Went here for lunch. I got shrimp tacos, and my friends got the Monte Cristo. Both of these items were very delicious! The soup however, was cold but our waiter Dennis was very helpful and rectifying the issue. He was very attentive to our table during this busy time of day. The atmosphere was very cozy, and the fireplace was very warm, but some of the wood paneling was coming down from the ceiling. The view outside the tavern is very pretty. Overall, I would probably visit again.

One of my favorite go to spots for happy hour and dinner. The ambiance is great and they have different spaces depending on your group. Love the deck in the warm weather! Great place to watch a sports game while you hang out.

I've been going to McFaul's for years and always had good service and food but I and 2 friends had a terrible experience today. It started by waiting quite a while for the waiter even though it was not busy. After 20 minutes, we finally ordered only to have the meals come out one at a time several minutes apart. My friend ordered a burger medium rear but was way too rear and had to send it back. It happens, no big deal. The only problem, it took over 30 minutes before it showed back up very well done! We barely saw the waiter and took forever to even get the check. I mentioned we had a terrible experience and thought maybe the manager would come over and apologize. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They did take off one meal that was uneditable. I'm not sure, I would go back again.
