May Flower Chinese Buffet

So this is my 3rd time ordering and I have to say it will def be my last....... The first time I got general Tso platter the chicken was so rubbery I couldn't do. I don't return food I figured 2 time would be a great I ordered fried rice and ebb foo young the rice had pork in it not everywhere but there was pork in pork pieces that's really threw me off but today.... I JUST KNEW IF THIS TIME IDT FAILS THIS PLACE IS JUST A NO NO SO I TRIED a simple sweet n sour with white rice n 4 wings.......Y'all them wings and that damn sweet and sour chicken taste like SHRIMP I CALLED to let them know they I was lien and that there no returns on "Hot" foods...... When I say this place is a trash can I mean this throw the staff and food away

Having been satisfied with delivery in the past, I decided to drop in to order while in the area. BIG mistake.The woman at the counter had a pissed-off, surly attitude. She seemed annoyed to even be there at all.The interior is unsettling, because you wonder what the last time was anyone actually dined-in. Decorations that added charm in the 80s now look like sad reminders of this restaurant's former glory. Now the once-dining-room is a unkempt living room for angry schoolgirls who are pissed-off they can't watch tv uninterrupted with their friends. Orders will sit there till the cook (mom? dad?) scolds one of them to carry it to the counter, some thirteen feet away.The food was good enough, and I hoped the kitchen looked cleaner than the rest of what I saw, but I won't order from there again.Just too shitty and depressing.

Mayflower has moved across the street and is no longer a dine in restaurant. They have some of the BEST roast pork Yat Gaw Mein I've ever tasted! Also, try their House Fried rice. I would also recommend trying Shrimp Fried Rice add roast pork, AMAZING!

Super quick and tasty, not to mention LOTS of food for the price. My go-to for delivery, I especially like the free add-ons and general tso's tofu (not on the menu but you'll get it if you ask)!

Great food and great prices. I ordered with my colleagues and it wasn't bad I was truly shocked. The vegetables we're fresh and crunchy not overcooked.

It was 12:30am when I finally found a Chinese restaurant in Baltimore that was 1) open and 2) would deliver. That Chinese restaurant happened to be May Flower and they happily took my order* and had it delivered to me prior to 1am**. The food was awesome. I order beef and broccoli, kung pao chicken, pork fried rice, egg rolls, and wonton soup. This was some of the freshest take-out Chinese I've had in a very long time. Typically I am not a fan of ordering Chinese food in any city other than NYC - but there's something about the sound of pork fried rice after a night out that just is just sooo tempting to me.Now I know Baltimore is good for at least two things... 1) crabs... 2) May Flower Chinese.----* They didn't screw up my order and it included 3 random sodas. All for a mere $27 bucks. Everything came in large containers.** The delivery guy was really nice.

Decent American Chinese food for pretty cheap, especially at lunch. We always get take out, and it's ready quickly, often in 15 minutes. Food seems fresh, hot, and portions are huge. My husband would order from here almost every night if he could!

Rudeness, disrespect, and racist behavior are indicative of not only poor customer service, but also poor business and inadequate interpersonal skills. Most of May Flower's customers in this neighborhood are African American. If the person who is filling an order cannot accept a customer's concern about a product that was below standard, they should not be involved in the food service industry. The behavior displayed not once but twice was appalling.

Usually they're pretty good (admittedly the best Chinese food in the neighborhood) but they're incredibly rude. They don't pay attention to delivery instructions AT ALL, and are generally unpleasant on the phone. My most recent experience made me resolved to never order from there again--I spent more than 20 minutes talking to a downright abrasive delivery man trying to figure out WHERE he was so I could pick up my food, and he never gave me an answer. Then he hung up on me. No food, complete waste of time. Thank god it's cash only, or I would have wasted $20.tl;dr You have a 33% of getting your order, period. Try carry-out instead?
