2/7/25, 5:15pm. We had a reservation, made on line through the Yards website. Received confirmation and follow up to ask to confirm that we were coming. Showed up at the doors at 4:55 and the place was locked and looked desolate. Received an email today asking me to rate our dining experience. NO, NO, we will not go back there again.

Have been to the restaurant twice and service has been very bad. Ordered drinks that never arrived, even on a night when they weren't busy. Asked for takeout boxes and the server never brought them. Food is very average but menu is very limited. Location is so convenient and ambiance is nice but honestly, would not recommend.
