Market Street Cafe

Visiting and decided to eat in. Picked up some salads and burgers from Market Street Cafe and wasn't disappointed. Burgers were good and the grilled chicken salad was good as well. Thanks.

Not even a one star review me and my family went there to eat dinner instead of swimming me my brother sister and grandma went not even 10 minutes the blonde waitress comes up me my brother and sister get our drinks my grandmother has not then this guy comes out and complains about something that happened two years ago and had made a big deal me and my family were upset and mad we will not recommend this place to anyone.

Came in with my mom for lunch and from the beginning i was greeted with a "hello sweetie" from one of the employees. The cashier was new but she was so nice and delivered our meal to the car with a smile!! Thank you to the whole crew today! I will be back soon!! Got home and couldn't wait to dig in to my crab cake sandwich so, so good!!

This little place resides next to a big red barn in the sleepy town of Charlestown, MD. The servers are all very friendly and hospitable and the food tastes homemade and fresh. I ordered the Chesapeake burger, basically a burger with Swiss cheese, and crab on top. It was really juicy and delicious! Everything non-seafood is under 10 dollars and my meal was only 11.Pretty good lunch spot for a rural area in Maryland!

The place inside reminds me of Cheers!!! Super adorable inside. Everyone was so nice. Emma, the bartender was amazing! Best martini! The fried pickles and imperial crab were very good. Def would come when I'm in town

A good dive bar with good food at reasonable prices. Wait staff is attentive but seem a little under staffed.

Best fried oysters anywhere ! Order the oyster sub with no bread .. get a huge pile of freshly shucked lightly fried delicious oysters .Enjoy !

I took my 3 grandkids to dinner there last night. They are 9 10 and 12 now. The waitress gave them their drinks before I received mine acting manager comes over and says that owner told him to talk to me about an incident that happened 2years ago with the kids at dinner. They were excited because their teachers were there packed bar and Covid restrictions and no help were in place. I'm not saying that they were perfect kids by no means. So 2 years later I bring much better behaved children to have dinner . I had also went there 5-15-23 and 6-16-23 everything was fine those times no one felt the need to bring up anything else. Bottom line is thepeople that get drunk are much louder So obviously they don't want family business.!!! Don't bring your family , go drink get drunk gets your d.u.i. Not a dinner kinda a place. Food not horrible, ambiance it's a small town bar. Chances good that the short hair bleached blonde waitress caused all this. It's clear they don't have enough employees
