I'm not sure what took me so long to make it to Man vs Pho, but I'm glad I've finally had the chance to experience the food.Man vs Pho, although tiny is size, packs a flavor punch in their dishes. They offer a variety of phos or if you'd rather create you own concoction you can do that as well. There are ban mi sandwiches at a great price for $7.99, appetizers, and even some cold coffee drinks with jelly pieces. With only two seats at a tiny counter-like table I figured the 30-minute drive back home was probably best to really enjoy my food. I ordered the Garlic Butter Chicken Pho, since I've never seen that as a pho option before, and the Chicken Spring Rolls. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed when I opened my bag to smell all of the deliciousness. Everything came packaged so nicely in their containers and the portion sizes were very generous. You're definitely able to get two portions of pho with the rice noodles they give you. The broth alone was so flavorful and comforting and the garlic butter chicken was a great choice for the protein. The chicken spring rolls are a must! Juicy, flavorful, and appetizing with a tasty little dipping sauce on the side.Needless to say, I'm literally thinking about my next trip to Man vs Pho as I write this review.

First time visiting. Dined in. Cute, clean space with one indoor table that can seat two. Staff were nice. Got the brisket pho with spicy broth and lemongrass tofu banh mi, and one iced coffee.Pho - good portion. Although we got the spicy broth it was not as spicy as I expected, and generally not very flavorful. The noodles were all clumped up at the bottom. Banh mi - mediocre. lacked flavor and the bread itself was ok. Iced coffee - not bad, but had an unusual after taste. Overall it was nice, but did not have the depth of flavor I'm used to for pho.

Such a flavorful broth. Great prices. Big portions. Made two bowls from what I ordered. Love that you can build your own bowl. Thai tea is amazing. Friendly staff. One table is available if you want to dine in.

Had a great experience at Man Vs Pho. It's a small carry out type restaurant. Would like to eat there but this doesn't feel possible why I removed a star: I got the lemongrass pork banh mi. It was only 7.99 before tax and was full of flavorful fresh vegetables, tender juicy flavorful pork, and the bread was also really nice. Felt healthy but still decadent. I really enjoyed this meal. The staff was nice and gave great suggestions. I will definitely be back.

I haven't had Pho in years but pregnancy cravings cant be denied. I was driving by and decided to stop in though I had not been there before. Its a small restaurant that offers take out only. You select your noddle, proteins, toppings and sauces. Its all written out at the counter making it easy to make your selections. The cashier was so kind and patient as I inquired about spice level and various sauces. My total was under $15 and the portion allows for at least 2 meals. I also appreciated how hot and well packaged the food was. I got home about an hour after ordering the food and nothing spilled during the ride home and the food was still warm. Bottom Line: its good food and high quality service.

Working a cold rainy Dragonboat race = need for noodle soup. And thus we ended up here. This is a no frills place where you get your pho and your items from a window. It's mostly self sit, but apparently you can take your food to the pizza/wings place next door to eat if the seats are occupied in the small shop. This was JUST what we needed, broth was flavorful and the seafood one (boy got this) was just as good. We will be back at some point when we are in the area.. but alas since we moved further west and the boy rarely goes on site to work this may be more of a wish than a reality.

ordered takeout on 3/24/24. this place used to be our go to but quality has gone way down-noodles were all cut up into smaller pieces and there's way too much noodles with very little protein (ordered with 3 options)-beef broth was bland-ordered with raw steak, wasn't included coffee was still good but probably not good enough for us to order from again

While I was sick, I asked my coworkers to recommend a local soup spot and MULTIPLE people said manvspho, hands down. They were so right, this pho is the sh*t. I always order it spicy, I always order the fatty juice to add (it's only like $1) and I typically order the steak. Last night, I ordered the special chicken and it might be my new favorite! The broth is phenomenal and I typically get two meals out of an order. When you pick up, it's ready so fast! Definitely a to-go spot, there's not a lot of room to eat inside. It's packaged and separated so well which is really helpful if you're getting it delivered.

It's fastfood carryout quality with higher than restaurant prices. The food does not taste nearly as good as the other 7 Pho restaurants nearby. An Loi is hands down still my favorite. The garlic pork tasted weird and awful. My son will usually eat anything but he refused to eat that garbage. Maybe they should make it grilled pork like most of the other Viet restaurants. Pho soup base is the foundation and they produced a mediocre soup. It has to taste good without adding a bunch of crap to mask it. Well I had to douse it with Sriracha and hoisin sauce to hide that funky taste. Most of the other dishes weren't any better. The only thing I liked was the name of the store which drew me there in the first place. FYI, don't order the spring roll unless you like the taste of Chinese egg rolls.
