They don't even spread the cream cheese. They gave me a rock hard bagel with a block of cream cheese on top. Terrible.

Comfortable CafeLove the location! Service was amazing. Food was good too. Came for breakfast and am worried that I don't know how to restaurant right. I walked in the back door, went to the front and ordered from the to go counter, took my food out back and sat at a table to eat. I think I should have let them serve me like a restaurant, and they didn't correct me or say anything. The owner Mo, came out and bussed the table after asking if there was anything he could do to make me more comfortable, and getting me the WiFi code so I could keep working. Bottom line is that this is a nice sit down place (if you let them seat you) and has an amazing view of quarry lake. Bagels were good with Russian black-bread bagels with sesame seeds. They also have a lunch buffet and felafel and a full menu. The small entryway hides the size of the place that goes to both sides of the building. After breakfast got to walk up the quarry walkway. Left happy and relaxed.

Excellent place to grab a coffee, breakfast, bagel, sandwich, ice cream, etc. I found the staff to be very conscientious, courteous, prompt, responsive & considerate. I ordered a everything bagel toasted with lox, cc, Bermuda, tomato & capers. The owner had to help the women in the back get it started but it was executed well, delivered fresh to my table. (I don't think the women line cooks are that experienced so I think addressing that might help overall with this place). It was not toasted per my request & the bagel had not been cooked that day but it was still good. The C02 cartridges at the soda machine were low & so my fountain soda was flat. I asked them nicely if I could swap it out & they were happy to do so.

Been coming here for years. The owner is friendly and always says hello. Everything I get is outstanding, baked goods, challah French toast , Muenster omelette, cream cheese and lox bagel . I drive across town for the whitefish salad, best I ever had. Always clean and comfortable. Tons of choices for grab and go, multiple varieties of bagels and assorted cream cheese and salads. Friendly customer service and they hustle to get your order out. Much appreciated by me.

This was 7.70$ for a steak egg and cheese. When I asked for more steak because the portion is virtually none existent, the cashier only said that's how they make it and there is nothing she can do. Messed up like 3 other things in our order. For a small cafe that rarely seems busy they lack key execution skills to be considered a good restaurant

Our first experience with Quarry Bagel was great; the last three have been not so good. It first time there, I got a poppy bagel with pain cream cheese, and it was great. Tons of poppy seeds, just the right amount of cream cheese. Great bagel. Since then, I've gotten the bagels that haven't measured up to the first. The bagel in the picture doesn't look like a poppy bagel, it looks like a plain bagel that had incidental contact with a poppy bagel. Additionally, when I came in to pick up my order, I was ignored by the of the people that work there, and had to speak up and ask if the bag on the counter for pick up was mine. I have spent over ten years working in the retail and retail food industry, and one thing you never do is ignore your customers. Greet them when they come thru the door, acknowledge their presence when they're standing at the counter.
