Chicken & SpaghettiAl dente cooked spaghetti noodles with a flavorful meat sauce. I love the chunks of tomato, executed well. I love lots of sauce and would've preferred more with it. The fried chicken was perfectly golden brown, good crunch on the skin, juicy on the inside mostly and seasoned well. A couple pieces were a tad dry. Candied YamsFresh sweet potatoes baked to perfection with the right amount of brown sugar and a hint of maple syrup.Mac N CheeseAl dente cooked noodles with a fantastic cheese sauce that is garlic based giving this standard staple a different twist. Perfect amount of cheese and noodle ratio.Collard Greens Tender cooked, clean, collards, with good flavor. I would've liked a tad more vinegar because I like mine tangy; delicious as they are.Seafood SaladPlentiful amount of seafood. I love the spice kick to his secret spice recipe. I even didn't mind the imitation crab. I'm a Maryland girl, so I would've preferred it to have been real crab cause that's my jam.Location It's a food truck, so follow them on Insta to make sure you're current on the hours of operation and the menu. It's a one-man show, he cooks to order and all the food comes out piping hot. Bring so patience and wait for the goodness. I absolutely recommend them. Be sure to check them out.

Not only is this guy great for what he contributes to the community- his food is solid every time I have had it. Here are some recommendations:Seafood Salad: seasoned with right amount of spice; creamy; packed with shrimp and crab. Banging every time!Salmon - it's served over a bed of rice buf the combo of honey/oldbay on salmon is perfectly married togetherFried chicken wings - golden brown and juicy. I get it with cabbage and candied yams. Its big back behavior at its fullest

I went back last week for oxtails and rice and peas. I got green beans and collard greens as my sides. The oxtails and rice and peas were delicious. The green beans and collard greens however were so sweet that I couldn't eat them. I can understand using a little sugar in collards to cut the bitterness, but those green beans were practically candied. I didnt end up eating the veggies. That being said. The oxtails and rice more than made up for the snafu with the veggies. I'll come again, but maybe I will pass on the veg.

Everything is fresh and delicious! The food does not disappoint. Yesterday we were in the area and already knew what I wanted. Seafood Salad!It's so good, this truck is definitely a must try.

Delicious Home Cooked food! The workers are pleasant & accommodating. The owner let me sample food before I purchased which shows he really values his customers & stands behind his delicious food. We treat ourselves a couple times a month. Go try for yourself you won't regret it!

I've eaten here a couple of times now and the food just keeps getting better and better. The fried chicken is fried perfectly and extra crispy just like I love. I haven't tried the fried fish yet but I've heard great things.

The food was just subpar. The string beans tasted as if they had sugar in them, to sweet for our savory taste buds. The Mac n cheese needed some salt. The catfish was fried really crisp but was lacking flavor as well. The salmon was way too dry for my liking. I actually threw most of that dinner in the trash. The seafood salad was imitation crab; not my thing in a state full of real crab meat. I have two stars because the service was really great! The gentleman was about to close but took our order anyway. I am grateful we were able to try this food just wish the flavors were better.

Got the fish with seafood salad and Mac n cheese, it was delicious , the best food I've had from any food truck or soul food place. Will definitely recommend!

Everything on this menu is absolutely delicious!! The fish, shrimp, and chicken are well seasoned and fried to perfection, the bbq ribs are super tender and saucy, and all of the sides taste amazing!! We are repeat customers!!
