$26 dry aged burger. It was good but not $26 good. I'll get the regular burger next time.
Outdoor area
Chocolate mouse Oreo desert thing.
Great beer selection but $9 pints and no happy hour. Certainly limits you to a couple beers. Maybe that's by design.

Met up with a group of friends for brunch on a Sunday and we're able to get seated quickly! Our server was super attentive and friendly, a 10/10 for service! The food was also delish. The fried pickles were really good, and everyone enjoyed their entree. I got the pasta dish which was creamy and flavorful. Can't wait to go back!

Service. Period. Sat at a table in the bar area for ten minutes...servers walked by without even acknowledging my presence , "hi - we are busy but will be with you as soon as possible" is all it takes. Even front door person didn't greet as I walked in so I should have known...Been here several times in the past with family and friends but probably not taking that ride up Generals hwy again, for this.

We stopped here on our way back from a soccer game. The crab dip, burger and the crab cake sandwich were all excellent. Best crab cake I have had in a long time-- no fillers and tastes/smells fresh. I wish we lived closer. I would come here often. And the service was impeccable.

Always a great place to come in for lunch or dinner. Friendly service and good food. There is plenty of parking and several seating areas including a bar and outdoor seating that is covered during cold weather.

I feel like I've been driving past this place for ages. A few months back I pointed it out to my wife [she already knew about it] and we started tossing it around as an option for dinner, but the other day we finally decided to give it a try for brunch. The staff was very friendly, and the inside has a cool vibe. Once we were sat, we watched orders come out while we decided what to eat and you could just tell it was going to be good. Everything that came past us looked delicious and the brunch menu had a lot of options.I ended up getting the braised lamb omelette, with both the rosemary potatoes and jalapeno [cheddar I think] grits, and these may have been the best grits i've ever had. My wife got the Huevos Ranchero. The kids got avocado toast and a crab omelette. We all enjoyed our meals, and for me that's big because it rare. Now we have a place for everybody, which is great because some of our other family go-to's have taken a dive over the past 2 years. If you're in the area, or looking for something new I highly recommend this location. I can't wait to come back for dinner, I've already seen a few items from the regular menu that I can't wait to try out.

Even in the winter, it still feels like summer at Lures. This spot is a classic, with a great staff and even better food. Whether you come for lunch or dinner, this is a great place to catch up with friends or family while enjoying some good food. The Crab Dip never misses and the addition of sun dried tomatoes on top is a game changer. The Filet Mignon Sliders are always a hit at our table. I tried the Cranberry Almond Chicken Salad for the first time and it was so good, pretty filling for a salad. Mushroom and Swiss burger is classic. My sister always gets the Chicken Verde Rice bowl which always comes with a kick of spice. Overall just a great spot for food, drinks and hanging out. And of course, you can't forget to spot your goldfish.

So you guys nailed it again. I can remember a time that you have disappointed with you meals, service, or cleanliness. Today had Jalapeno Corn Crab Chowder and the rockfish nuggets. Holy mother of God this was amazing. My brother had the swordfish special with mashed potatoes, and Brussel sprouts. You guys nailed it as always. Thanks

I ordered a Rueben sandwich that was hot and delicious and served with fries, my friend got the shrimp tacos which she said were delicious. We sat outside which looked beautiful but unfortunately there was no background music and we were sitting near a very loud book club meeting. Finally our drinks were just not even close to the mark, vodka gimlet tasted like lime aid and manhattan had no cherries (they were out )and the manhattan was so strong it was like 3 drinks in one making it too strong to enjoy unfortunately.

Our experience with Lures is that it is hit or miss. It is like the girl with the curl rhyme: when it's good it's very very good and when it is bad it is awful. Today was awful. Barely tepid cream of crab soup the texture of elementary school paste. Shrimp Bisque that was broth rather than bisque with rubbery pieces of overcooked shrimp. Hubby had Steak Frites which was stone-cold beef with limp cold undercooked fries. I had the Snapper special with hard green beans and soggy pieces of nasty tasting potato. The only bright light-and it was truly a star-was the Snapper: beautifully cooked with 2 lovely complimentary sauces. How can such 180 degree food come out of the same kitchen? Is 17 year old Kyle back there cooking with Thomas Keller? Service was an issue too since our waitress asked how everything was before we'd had one bite. She said she would check back in a couple of minutes but never did and we were not about to chase her down to tell her the food was cold. This was a $130 lunch. We won't be hurrying back...
