Food was mediocre. Service was slow. Owner was ignorant. Though our server was very nice, our order somehow never transmitted to the kitchen and it was an hour and 45 minutes before we even got our appetizers. The manager (which we later found out was the owner) never once came out to apologize or offer anything to remedy the mistake. When our bill came, we asked the server if we could speak to the manager, so we could ask for some type of compensation for the excessively long wait. Erin (the owner) came to our table, was rude, not at all accommodating, and basically accused us of lying about waiting as long as we did for food. In fact, she stated that she helped execute our order 20 minutes after we got there. Which 100% was a lie, because our server came out and told us an hour and 20 min after we got there that our order never went to the kitchen. She then only offered to buy us "a round of drinks" in which we just wanted to leave at that point. We asked for a percentage off, after she asked us "What would you like me to do then?" We told her what we thought was fair, in which she responded was too steep. We reluctantly settled with 10% off our bill. I honestly don't think that she should be running the day to day of a restaurant. Perhaps hire a manager that knows how to treat its customers & understands what hospitality means. We will never patronize this restaurant again. Honestly, the food wasn't anything special. The rolls were boring, flavorless; almost tasted stale. They used the same rolls for the bruschetta (which we had a giggle about). Dinners were basic. Dessert was the best part. If you're looking for authentic Italian, this isn't your place.

Went for restaurant week for a meeting. First great service small space but a great environment. The food was fantastic. I had the crab bruschetta which was loaded with crab and tasted amazing. Seasoned very well. I think had the Salmon Con Spinaci which was DELICIOUS!! Loses with crab, spinach and finished off in a divine Alfredo sauce! I can't say enough about the food . Followed by a chocolate mouse!! Thank you to the staff who provided us excellent service!

Small quaint atmosphere. Our waiter was friendly & knowledgeable about the food and wine list. We were a group of 6 and pleasantly enjoyed our meals. The burrata was served with dried figs and pujsuttio. The calamari was NOT Fried but sautéed in a spicy tomato sauce. I had the shrimp scampi with scallops and lobster, bountiful and tasty. The spaghetti fra Diablo was delicious. We enjoyed a tiramisu that was unique with chocolate morsels in it that added a special flavor and the table shared a strudel de meek... a yummy pastry puff filled with apple, served warm with vanilla cream and caramel syrup. The cost was reasonable. A must go ... you need reservations!!! And it won't disappoint!!!

Amazing service with attentive waiter who knew his way around the plentiful menu. Food was delicious and portions large. Prices were low compared to many places we have been to lately great value for you dining experience. The seafood fra Diablo was filled with well prepared shrimp, lobster, scallops, mussels and clams served over linguini. The veal dish was plentiful and delicious. When in Annapolis as must go Italian restaurant.

I've always have my eye on this place every time I'm in town. My father just gave me a local magazine that showed all the best places in the area. Luna blu kept getting mentioned. I booked an 11:45 reservation for my father and I for their lunch specialParking is street parking and they do have parking garages in the area This cute little Italian place is tucked by rams head tavern and other places. As soon as we walked in we got greeted by staff and was sat right away. 5 stars for that. This is a cozy little place. I'm a sucker for locally owned Italian places. Everyone was extremely welcoming and our server was nice, but she didn't refill our drinks at allWe decided to get their two course lunch special (which comes with two glasses of wine) and you have a TON OF OPTIONS. You get to pick one appetizer to share and two lunch options (if you don't drink you can get a soda instead) We picked the - Bruschetta, which had a lot of tomato on it, which I didn't think I'd be a huge fan of and thought it would overpower the other flavors. But it was perfect. 5/5I picked the - penne vodka, which we all know I'm ordering anything with the word vodka in it. I loved the sauce and the noodles were cooked perfectly. 5/5 And my dad picked the-Tortellini alla Romana 5/5 the sauce was perfectly creamy I thought their sauces tasted great and homemadeThey also have a great dinner menu and offer great sounding cocktails. (I'm also impressed by how big their menu is) all their tables were extremely clean, there was only a few people dining in because of the snow storm but there was a lot of traffic coming in and out for take out Other helpful things - it offers vegan and vegetarian options And gotta love a woman owned business. Also, their lunch hours are 11-2:30 and then dinner starts at 5 pm

Dropped in for lunch the other day. The restaurant is small and quaint. We had a reservation and we were seated right away. We ordered from the lunch menu for 2. I had the Penne Mare E Monte, the sauce was light and sweet the dish had 3 large Shrimp and pieces of crab meat in it. The portion was just right. We also ordered the shrimp and asparagus risotto. It also has 3 large Shrimp, the dish looked really creamy. the flavor was really mild. For an appetizer we had the antipasto dish it average as far a flavor goes. The portion size and price were good. The service was a little slow, they only had one server. Overall if you are in Annapolis and want a lunch were all the locals go and not spend $$$ stop in.

Went with my mom at 2:15 on a Thursday without knowing lunch ends at 2:30. The two ladies at the counter told us we could do takeout. Handed us the lunch menu and lunch specials. We both ordered the lunch specials, 1/2 sandwich and salad. First off, it was so reasonably priced for the fresh bread, creative combination of flavors and side salad. Second, There were so many variations you could decide from. Traditional sub, chicken, vegetarian, etc. Third, portion sizes were huge and it was really tasty. Inside was cozy and they had a few outdoor tables too. We ate many meals while exploring around Annapolis but this is my moms new spot!

Danelle and the staff at Luna Blu made my friend's birthday really special. I highly recommend making reservations in advance, as that was the first thing the hostess asked when we arrived. We both enjoyed the food, and the restaurant had a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. My meal (Farfalle Di Cremona) was particularly filling, with generous portions of seafood and scallops. The service was prompt, and we were seated quickly. I would definitely return, even for a casual night out with friends. Again, I highly recommend booking a reservation ahead of time

Cute small place off the main road in Annapolis. Food was delicious. Started with a Burrata and then ordered the Special which was Halibut over Parmesan Risotto. Only downside, wasn't impressed with the staff, were cordial but seemed cold and going through the motions.

This is one of the hidden gems in Annapolis. Amazing food and large portions, excellent service, perfect atmosphere for an Italian restaurant, and it won't break your budget.Make sure you get reservations because it gets busy. Try the pizza and wine pairing, you won't be disappointed at all. Most dishes can be made gluten free to accommodate, and their gf pasta is very good.
