The ice cream is actually really good, but we were let down by the level of service in the spot. We stopped in on a Saturday evening and despite the busy crowd, the 3 employees in the store did not even try to speed things along. All the tickets were thrown away and they forgot one of our order items. Generally just very rude employees.

Delicious ice cream! We just finished the aquarium and had a big breakfast prior so it was ice cream or a real lunch and of course, we opted for ice cream. Lucky's is in a great location and was a great place to escape the heat. Under $20 for 4 ice creams and it was delicious. Your usual flavors and some special ones like choco taco which was a no brainer. I have no complaints about our service but it was very much a order here, tell me what you want, and i'll get it for you. If you're looking for first class service, you won't find it here, but they also aren't blatantly rude, so win.

Hanging in Baltimore for the week and checked out Lucky's for a late afternoon sweet treat. Friendly and prompt service and great local Baltimore made ice cream. They are quite generous with their scoops even for the kiddie cups. Flavors were great and my oldest loved his shake (sorry no photo). He claimed he knew it was homemade whipped cream. Recommend Lucky's for a sweet treat and also bonus they serve Starbucks as well!

The ice cream is delicious! Service is not great. We wanted to eat some ice cream after lunch, so we stumbled upon Lucky's. They have a wide variety of flavors. I asked the staff member at the register a question (tell me more about what is moose tracks), and they were really thrown for a loop. He went to ask someone. Then that person pointed them to a clipboard. And then the cash register person started flipping through those pages, and about 3 minutes later they answered the question. Then our ice creams are served but the staff don't speak too loudly, and they just leave orders on the counter. After a few minutes, we realized our order was on the counter and the ice cream had slightly melted. My daughter ordered a milkshake and again because they don't do a good job about announcing orders, someone else mistake took the milkshake. They agreed to remake it after we explained what happened, but it took almost 30 minutes to receive it (from the time we ordered). Won't be coming back here

Luckys is perfectly located on a corner by the water. Inside is nice and cool. And they have plenty of flavors to choose from. I was atended to quickly and this icecream hit the spot! Nice and rich!

Had such a fun time taking photos with my mother and my aunt after dinner at Lucky's ice cream wall Crab Art. What a fun tourist attraction and a great way to create memories. This mural is such an iconic piece and the photos come out great. It a great conversation piece for people passing by as well. If you are ever traveling downtown Baltimore and want something fun and spontaneous to do, stop by Lucky's ice cream. Take a photo and grab a scoop.

If you're looking for a treat after visiting the National Aquarium, Lucky's on the pier is a convenient option. Lucky's offers generous scoops of ice cream in various flavors (cookie dough, birthday cake, butter pecan), and they let you sample before you commit. I ordered a small scoop of the Coffee Oreo flavor; a "small" scoop is roughly the size of a tennis ball. The quality of the ice cream is nothing out-of-the-ordinary, and the flavors overall are a little too sweet for my liking. While the scoop shop can be considered a hole in the wall, there is plenty of outdoor seating where you can enjoy your ice cream with a view of the harbor. Overall, Lucky's is a solid option for a pick-me-up after a day of sightseeing.

Nice little treat shop. I wanted an affordable snack before enjoying the National Aquarium so we stopped by here. It was fun to see the locals stop in and out while we ate. I enjoyed my pumpkin streusel muffin. It was cold and delicious and hit the spot. The staff was alright, not very conversational or happy to be there. It was clean and I didn't see nearby parking, so I was happy we took ab Uber. They had a man standing outside with a hat that read 'security' but he was so casual it may not have been a real hire.

After our meal at Phillips I wanted something refreshing. I got a small blue raspberry icee. It was a small and the cost was approximately $3.25. I'd have to say the server was not friendly or helpful but my icee did came out quickly. I wished they had the ingredients posted somewhere. I got a few drops of the blue slushy on my clothes and it wouldn't come out. Plus it was hard to wash off my skin. It was sweet and refreshing. The store was clean and neat.

Enjoyed trying out Lucky's ice cream recently. While the ice cream was good (not fantastic), we did enjoy the variety of flavors, the amount that they gave you, for not an unreasonable price. They were out of waffle cones when we went which was sort of a bummer, but when we asked for two scoops, it came out to a little less than a pint, so I was sufficiently happy with the amount of ice cream in front of me. The service to be honest was not great, they were not all that happy or helpful, but maybe that's too much to ask? In general, if you're in downtown Baltimore and are looking for decent ice cream at a reasonable price, Lucky's is a solid option.
