Store is a hole in the wall, but the food is great. It's exactly what you'd be looking for

Stopped by this place when I was in the area. Carry out only, but plenty of room to wait around for the food. Owners seem really nice, always good to know when I'm supporting a business. The food: I ordered crabmeat cheese wontons, steamed dumplings, Szechuan Lo Mein, and some hot and sour soup. My colleague and I were both extremely satisfied by how fresh and tasty everything was. I'd say that this is among the better of local carry outs at least in the Baltimore areas that Ive been around, especially if you like it spicy. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and give it a try.

I placed my order at the counter which was likely a mistake. A few customers came in to pick up orders while I was waiting. It seemed like there was only one chef. It took 40 minutes to receive my order from the time that I paid. The waiting area is not heated, so bring a coat. The egg rolls were on point. If I return, this is something I would order again. The chicken and pork were dry. The noodles and rice lacked flavor. Very hot and fresh food. Sadly much of it is headed to the bin.

I should have know this wasn't going to be good when I walked in the door and it smelled really bad in there . But I paid for my fried rice and shrimp egg foo young $16.70 I was hungry and was going back to work. I looked at rice and it didn't look good but the egg foo young looked like baby poop it was light in color and the gravy was watery but I ate some anyway . The taste wasn't bad but it wasn't good either 10 minutes after eating it my stomach hurt really bad . I had to throw the rest away later last night and this morning the poops . Never ever eating there again.

I ordered food about 30 minutes ago and I just took it back. It smelled like a dog and tasted disgusting! This was my first time and it will definitely be my last. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. My fiance, my mother and I all ordered something different and all of it was nasty. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED!

Really enjoy getting food from this very nice, small family Chinese carryout. I must admit at times my chicken fried rice had some fatty chicken or my order took a tad longer then expected but I really enjoy lucky dragon. It's been in the same spot for many, many years and has outlasted a lot of Chinese food places in the area. It's not fancy, has no curb appeal and looks like a 1970's wait room for their front counter. But if you decide to grab some carryout, you'll enjoy some good Chinese food from some very friendly people.

Lucky Dragon is carry out only. The soup prices are inexpensive, $1.75-$1.99 a pint. The dinner combination specials are served with roast pork fried rice, a shrimp egg roll & a main dish. Portions are large and prices are reasonable.

Mixed bag here. I got the Moo Goo Gai Pan lunch special w/ rice, which was cheap and very good. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, not over or undercooked. And the sauce had a great flavor. But the hot sour soup was maybe the worst I've ever had. It had all the right ingredients in there, which you can't always say about some hot sour soup. But it was far too sweet. Also, it took exactly 20 mins to prepare the food, which seemed like a lot for such a relatively simple carry out order. Carry out or delivery only, by the way.

Best Chinese place in the area, I have never had anything bad from here, I really don't trust eating Chinese anymore but I stick to shrimp dishes. And there best here.

Abysmal. I've gotten carry out from this establishment twice and while the first one was "mediocre" at best the second made sure that I would never give them another red cent. I ordered their General Tso's Shrimp and what I got was nothing short of a hot mess. I got less than a handful of shrimp (that's less than five) that were coated in chicken breading that was unceremoniously burnt. That was then added to a sauce that was equal parts General Tso's and the ambiguous brown sauce you get with [random meat] and broccoli. It was incredibly repulsive and nowhere near the quality I'd expect for a paltry $8.95.Steer clear of this place. Judging from the fact that they never have any other patrons I don't think that this is an isolated incident.
