Order Date: Aug 19Via: UberEatsItem: Memela de Al Pastor This was my first time ordering from here just as it was the first time I found a place that sell Memelas cuz not everyone knows what they are so I was thrill when I found a place that did. Anyways, I order the mentioned item and I wasn't disappointed but it didn't completely meet my expectations you know It had good taste but the meat needed to be more marinated and a little more cooked. The salsa that came with it wasn't for the occasion, the taste ruin the composition of the memela. Another thing had been the unbalanced portions of what composes a memela. Nevertheless I was super happy to eat it, might drop by sometime and see what their costumer service is like as well as try other things.

Legitimately some of the best authentic Mexican food I've had on the east coast. Granted, I did get a quesadilla, so that may not have been the best test when it comes to authentic Mexican food. It was GREAT, by the way, and I have zero regrets. But I also got the chille rellenos, which were the real winner. Per the recommendation of another reviewer on here, I got them with the cheese AND and I'm here to chime in: they're incredible. So delicious. I will be ordering from Los Tres Hermanos again and I can't wait to try their other dishes!

Apparently this is a local brick and mortar outpost of the food truck from Catonsville. Highlandtown is rife with many Hispanic food choices, most of them delicious, and Los Tres Hermanos fits right in. The tacos are full and freshly flavored though the chicken was a bit dry. They come with a fire roasted jalapeno and onion, which I loved. But the star was the Chiles Rellenos. On the advice of the woman patiently taking my order I got it with chicken (same price as the cheese option). This dish was superb, full of a balanced cheese and shredded chicken mixture, lightly battered and perfectly fried...the chile still had texture and therefore lended a slight kick of spice. I'm pretty picky with this dish as it can be Americanized or cooked to death but this one was a winner. As of writing this review you can only order by going in or over the phone. I presume they will add other options as the word gets out.
