Crabapalooza specials this week and new house made desserts. I went for the steak special, though, which was so huge I couldn't manage the key lime pie.Love this place! Always friendly, always cozy, always a good value!Ok, I lied. I got the key lime pie. Worth it.

This is an amazingly authentic Mexican restaurant. Priscilla also is a great host. We enjoyed tamales, fajitas and a quesadilla. But everything looked good. I wish I had taken a photo but it was too yummy and I jumped right in.....I enjoyed the Holiday Lights

I love that you can order chile relleno, tacos, enchiladas, etc. a la carte here! Usually you have to buy a whole entree for those but they have them a la carte. Those are always my favorites so it was great to be able to hone in on just those items when ordering instead of getting extra stuff!

Great little cantina in shopping center near the Weis market .Excellent authentic food . Chips and salsa nice too. Cozy vibe with nice little bar and good margaritas.They also have specials everyday !

It's a nice and small restaurant near the old town.It worked out for us, since it wasn't busy and we had a few kids with us. The food took a little long to come out but it was good. Service was good, our waitress seemed like a very young girl. So no complaints there.... She did her job. Plenty of parking in front and restrooms were just out of TP and garbage was full when we arrived. So I made sure to let the waitress know.I believe they did fixed those things.

I enjoyed the food, service, and ambience. After a long hike this was our happy place at the end of the day. Ok so no Mexican music playing but that's ok, the lengthy menu made up for that. Our server was a delight, she ensured our meal was ok and if we needed anything else. Looking at other write ups, don't compare your food to other restaurants. Everyone cooks differently, just enjoy it. The price of food and drink was spot on and not overpriced. I'll come back to try other dishes.

Amazing food and great service. Any time I am in town to visit family, I make it a point to visit Los Compadres. They have great daily food and drink specials, plus you can't go wrong with any of their mix/match street tacos! Probably one of the coolest things that I witnessed here a few months ago was when a customer ordered a beer that they had run out of. So instead of saying they didn't have any, the manager causally left the restaurant and bought more at the near-by liquor store. The customer never knew this, but afterwards I struct up a conversation to learn how they valued their customers.

Finally found a place that serves carne asada fries! This is the only reason I came here but I did have more than fries. When you come to this restaurant you may not be greeted but the waitress will ask you to take a seat anywhere you'd like and give you a menu. You get free chips and salsa which was yummy. The chips weren't too salty and the salas wasn't to spicy so anyone can eat it. ORDER:Steak Enchiladas with Rice, Refried Beans and Sour Cream. It was yummy. Carne Asada Fries were delicious - It came with the carne asada, Pico, guacamole and sour cream. The service was good. They have happy hour and a variety of adult drinks. There is a bar and a sign that said every Friday - Live Music. I'm going to have to come back on a Friday night to check out the atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back frequently for the fries.

My husband ordered a mixed plate and on the suggestion of our server, I tried the Chile Verde chopped pork. Both were excellent and I was glad I strayed away from my usual Chili Rellenos. My husband ordered a margarita which I usually don't like. I tried his, and if I was not the driver, absolutely would have ordered one for myself! While we didn't stay for it, on Mondays, the restaurant has a trivia game going on starting at 6:30.

I drool whenever I think about the Flautas. You can judge whether that's more of a reflection on me or the restaurant. They're really thick, covered in cheese, and crispy. So good.Chips and Salsa were fresh and crunchy. The salsa especially you can tell is handmade. I do wish they had a spicy version but that's just because I'm addicted to spice.Totcho's were nice, though I wish I could customize them more.My better half says that the Quesadilla wasn't very good-- soggy, supposedly. I haven't had it though so I'll leave that out of the rating.
