Yesterday i had dinner at los chaparritos latin food with my husband. We loved the guacamole and the carne asada, which were amazing with lots of flavour, we really love the mexican food.The service was great, and the chips were so good to start, the chef ricardo is such an amazing and sweet person, i really recomend this mexican restaurant in edgewater MD!

Went in to give them the benefit of the doubt considering even on weekends at 6:30 the parking lot is usually empty. At dinner time, there was nobody in there. No service. We sat at a table, read the very limited menu. Asked an employee for unsweetened iced tea. Nope. Pepsi products. We left.

We decided to try this newly opened restaurant based on a recommendation from Facebook. I will give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt and leave 3 stars for now. Menu: simple, but good enough to find something to enjoy - 3 stars. Food: slightly below average, the sampler listed empanadas yet did not come out with them. Fajitas only included 2 tortillas. - 2.5 stars. Service: waitress was friendly but was in training - 2 stars. Ambience: Floors were from the 90s. Paint colors felt dreary. Lighting was okay - 2 stars. Overall this puts the score closer to 2 stars, but I will round up to 3 given that it's only been open for two days.

A really nice spot for lunch or casual dinner! I had the whole tilapia and it was cooked perfectly. My husband also enjoyed his chicken enchilladas. The food is much better than the fast food-looking exterior and well worth a stop. The menu is traditional but pretty large, including an affordable kids menu. There is a nice, festive looking bar that we will try next time. We also intend to try their take out.

The restaurant just opened recently. This was my first time there. I got the chicken enchiladas with a tomatilla sauce. They were the best I've had in Annapolis/Edgewater. Great and friendly service. The owner is very nice. Their liquor license is still pending, so no margaritas yet. I am looking forward to eating there again.
