Excellent customer service and nice atmosphere. Plenty of seating and TVs everywhere.For food ordered the following:Wing sampler (honey old bay, yard bird, jerk): 8/10Short rib tacos: 8/10 wish there a lot more of the green sauce. A lot of meat, pretty good. Mozzarella moons: 10/10 amazing batter, very good.Bang n shrimp: 9/10 comes with very little sauce, get more on the side, very good. Cinnabon cheesecake: 10/10 amazing. Didn't get the berries as advertised, didn't need it.

To Whom It May Concern,During my recent visit to your establishment, I had two drinks, and my total bill was slightly over $17.00, including a 20% tip. I gave the waitress $20.00 and was told that she would return with my change. However, after waiting for 30 minutes, my party and I left. Typically, I save my spare change for my 16-year-old daughter to use for grabbing food from the mall after school. While most of my experiences at your establishment have been positive, I believe there is room for improvement in your service.Thank you.

The bartenders Jen and Tiff M were both very attentive and took great care of not just me but all groups around me the whole time, even when it got busier they could handle it!

Well, my drink was yummy. This is a fun spot for a local watering hole. But the food is inconsistent. I was with some friends for lunch. Two of us ordered the Bay bridge club. You know, the club sandwich with a crab cake and shrimp salad in it. What a disappointment. It was dry, dry, dry; which seems almost impossible given the amount of mayonnaise that should be in one of these. Maybe it was because the bread was stale; I'm not sure. Or maybe it was because it was because the crab cake was so thin it was almost nonexistent. It wasn't inedible but it wasn't even near what I've had at other places. Definitely not worth $22.00. Fries were good though. That being said, our server was attentive and fun. This place always has a good crowd, so they must be doing something right. Must be the drinks.

The inside is very nice but they made my drink wrong. I took one sip, I didn't drink much at all. I told them the drink was way off. They fought me over it and had security stand behind me after I complained about the drink. Do not come here. Its one thing to worry about a customer who drinks half the drink. But its another to take a new customer who barely took a sip and call security on them because it wasn't good.

barmaids allow girl at bar to save 2 seats for over an hour when nobody shows. all this time 3 other customers were shooed away by her. ALL WRONG !! wrong on all fronts

11/05/22I brought my friends here for one of their birthday celebrations. A very intoxicated patron (at least I thought he was) was out of control! He was in our and the employees' space, I questioned why this inebriated man was allowed to stay. A few employees told us he is one of the owners! This owner not only harassed his employees (shocked that's not a complaint) but vomited in front of us at least three times. Plus, spitting on the floor as if he was on the street. While on the backend, employees apologized for his actions. Security and employees allowed this behavior. I cannot understand why this is allowed. They were enabling his poor unbusinesslike behaviors. Hus actions is clearly a norm. LOONEY'S GO BACK TO THE DRAWING TABLE...YOU'RE GOING TO CATCH A CASE EVENTUALLY. I should have recorded the foolishness. Harassment of employees is out of control. How many of them reported this?

One of my favorite places to go. Came here today to watch the first ravens game. Even though it was so busy we still got amazing service. Food is always delicious I choose something different every time drinks were amazing today too. Definitely recommend

Security is terrible, food was subpar. Do not recommend. Security treated my friend like she was sub human, did not ask if she was ok when she was unwell or provide assistance, simply just told her she needed to leave.
