Lombardi's Pizza

The pizza is pretty good. I ordered online, it said it would be ready to pickup in 15 minutes. Knowing it could be slow, I decided to leave after 15 minutes since I live about 10 minutes away. I ended up standing in a chaotic line and when I got up there she wasn't taking the time to understand where my order was. She told me it wasn't ready and when I asked her how that was possible she then turned around a grabbed my order off the rack that was there 30 seconds before when she told me it wasn't ready. I wasn't too upset because it happens, but then she went out of her way to tell me that I could've gotten my large pizza with 2 drinks for the same price as my pizza and the one drink i got that ended up costing me more for being a dumbass. Then she was like "Go get your ONE soda" I'd rather you not tell me about the special then tell me i essentially paid a dollar more to end up with one drink when I could've had two. I would've loved that can but I couldn't swing it. Just annoying. The nice thing to do would be to tell me to grab two since I clearly wasn't aware of the deal and paid $13.44 for a large pizza and a can soda when for 12.99 i could've had 2 sodas with my large pizza.

Food is delicious. Everything else is atrocious. Overwhelmed and understaffed front line. Rude/ nonchalant front line. Cleaning staff is texting and taking a quick break while in the middle of cleaning the front entrance foyer, just ridiculous. Order delivery. Or plan a LATE pick up for no extra hassle. Not an atmosphere to relax or sit down in. Carry out/ Delivery only.

Be aware. This place isn't authentic Italian--far from it. Customer service was terrible. Explanation below. 1) I ordered cheese and beef calzone. The cheese not even half melted. I took it to them, they made me another one--a bit better, but still undercooked (see pic). The second time, they try to justify it saying it's a different kind of cheese and it is supposed to be cold. WHICH CALZONE HAS COLD CHEESE INSIDE IT?!?!?I repeat: Cold. Cheese. In. Calzone.

Recently ordered from here because I was staying at a nearby hotel. My son had a pizza and wings, which he said was ok. I had a chicken gyro, it was horrible. Something on it tasted sour, and I don't mean tangy like from the tzatziki sauce I mean it tasted spoiled.

Food is good however cleanliness needs to be improved Parking adequate Customer service is ok

Pizza was absolutely terrible. Will never order from here again. The delivery man calls to come pick up the pizza down at the end of the street. This is not delivery.

Fod is ok the service of the drivers is a mess they are lazy and stole my change then the manger didn't do anything about it so you lost a customer and I'll be telling ppl not to shop with Lombardis..

Horrible service, my food was delivered and it was incorrect I ordered two large pizzas and received one large and one medium. I called the store and they were very rude and unprofessional the issue was never resolved

ordered fried whiting it was over cooked, very HARD, dry & nasty. Would not recommend. called before I came & still had to wait 15 minutes in there

Not wanting to give one dam star only bc Yelp makes me! On to this review... awful sub-awful shop! Eat as you please! In my opinion they are awful. Raw onions on a cheesesteak need I say more....Also they gave me a fountain cup knowing their fountain drinks were running clear as water. They think it's a joke to prank customers. Just go across the street or other places in Towson.
