Stopped in last night after hearing all the great reviews. The staff greatest us immediately with warm, inviting smiles. Cocktail list is extensive! Great selection of all types of liquors and several good draft choices. We had the traditional margherita pizza and it was perfect! Delicious homemade red sauce and perfectly cooked crust. Andrew and his team have created the perfect craft drink and food destination in Westminster. We will stop by every time we come through town.

My daughter and I stopped by this place because we were walking by and needed dinner before driving home. It looked fun and nice and I am glad I gave it a shot. The food was pretty good. We got the meatballs and the veggie pizza. The meatballs were huge and seasoned perfectly. They were juicy and had a lot of meat in it without being dense. The bite was light and airy. The sauce was tangy and had a nice touch of acidity. It went well with the bread. The pizza was huge and I liked how there was a lot of veggie toppings on it. The pizza was a tad too watery on the bottom for me, but it was still good (not a huge deal breaker). There is a lot of cheese on the pizza which I wasn't the biggest fan of either, but it was still tasty.Service was good and they wait staff was friendly and attentive. I liked the seating outside. It was relaxing and peaceful to sit outside. I would go back to this spot if I am ever visiting main street in Westminster.

Despite the two-hour waiting list, which initially made us a bit apprehensive, the staff pleasantly surprised us by notifying us of our table being ready in just an hour--a testament to their efficiency and commitment to customer satisfaction.Upon perusing the menu, we were delighted to find a curated selection of dishes, although limited, each promising a culinary adventure. We sampled two pizzas: the adventurous Uncle Willy, boasting an intriguing combination of chorizo, onions, bananas, peppers, mozzarella, and red sauce for $14, and the classic Margherita pizza for $12. Both were cooked to perfection in the traditional wood stove, imparting a delightful smokiness and depth of flavor that elevated every bite. Additionally, we couldn't resist trying the house-made meatballs, a highlight of the meal, bursting with savory goodness at every forkful, priced at a reasonable $8.However, Liquid Library's true prowess lies in its craft cocktails, and we were eager to indulge in their signature creations. I opted for Aviation, a timeless classic with a rich history dating back to the early 20th century. Crafted with precision and finesse, the Aviation at Liquid Library paid homage to its origins with every sip, a harmonious blend of gin, maraschino liqueur, crème de violette, and lemon juice, elegantly presented in a cocktail glass. It was a true masterpiece that would undoubtedly make Hugo Ensslin proud.On the other hand, my wife ventured into the Smoked Cranberry Paloma--a bold choice that unfortunately didn't align with her taste preferences due to its smoky undertones. However, this was purely a matter of preference and in no way reflected the quality of the drink, which remained impeccable.Overall, our experience at Liquid Library surpassed all expectations. From the impeccable service to the exquisite culinary offerings and innovative cocktails, every aspect of our visit left a lasting impression. We can't wait to return and explore what this culinary haven offers. Five stars, without a doubt!

Excellent service with servers, bartenders, and management that is engaged and wants every patron to have a great experience. These are crafted cocktails so don't expect anything quickly out of a bottle. Their drinks are tasty and well balanced and the food especially the wood fired pizzas are something to write home about. This is a business worth visiting and supporting. Quite excellent!

Overall we had a good experience. Very busy but the food came out quickly and was good. All very good portion sizes. We did have a table near the kitchen but was told prior to sitting that it was warm, which it was.

Wow. First time at Liquid Library tonight with hubz and it was *awesome.* Very busy and pretty loud, but for a Saturday, that's to be expected. At 5:45pm, we were fortunate to snag a two-person high top between the bar and low tops. Our server Megan was absolutely fantastic and very attentive. The cocktail menu was varied and interesting - there's something for everyone here. The food menu was fun to explore and we enjoyed sampling a little of everything - pork belly bites, meatballs, stuffed mushrooms, and chicken lollipops to name a few - all delicious. The pistachio martini, smoky basil Oaxaca, and espresso martini (complete with a grilled marshmallow) were standout cocktails. Cannot wait to go back!!

This is an amazing place- not quite speakeasy, pub or restaurant but a very near perfect blend of all three. Drinks and food were amazing- customer service some of the best I've experienced since moving to the area and the environment at Liquid Library is ideal- I haven't even been up to the patio yet!

Over priced menu items. A small meat lovers is $15 not much to choose from food wise, the two of us shared a pizza, maple bourbon pork belly, and got 1 drink each and it was like $54 I could spend that same amount at rocksalt and have plenty of leftovers to take home. It was small inside, I can't imagine how cramped people must feel on a Friday night. Probably won't be back.

Liquid Library is the bomb! This place stays packed for a reason but almost always has "one last free table" available for us. Fantastic cocktail menu and tasty treats. A must visit in Westminster and "the other best restaurant in town".
