Surprisingly Good Food for an Old DinerOrdered: (Main) Kung Pao Chicken - 4/5 - The chicken had so much flavor, and tasted very very good. It was not authentic Chinese, but a much improved Panda Express. As many have noted, the exterior is unassuming and the interior even more so. I went here on a friend's recommendation and was very worried I would regret my decision. The interior is definitely stuck in time and looks very old-fashioned. The menu also looked very unusual because it had breakfast, American classics, and random Chinese food, which made me doubt the quality of the Chinese food. But the service was quick and friendly and the food was good. A nice little hole in the wall which should upgrade its interior to match its food.

Yummy. Fast. Cheap. Yummy. it's located next to an Exxon station and you would never know that a Lunchatria would be good. But it really was.

Small business. Food is good. Service is good. Great local spot for convenience. If you're looking for a small old school spot for breakfast this is the place.

We were looking for a late day breakfast spot in the area, and found this place. It doesn't look like a food place from the outside, but we went in. It's a small diner that had a small parking lot. Upon entering, we passed the sign that read seat yourself and approached the counter. We weren't sure if we had to order first before sitting, or if they would come and bring us a menu. The woman behind the counter seemed annoyed when I asked if we had to place our order there before sitting. She rolled her eyes and told us to take a seat. Two minutes after we sat, another young lady asked us if we wanted a drink. We both replied coffee. She came back with two cups of coffee and took our order. The food came quickly. The french toast was made on regular white bread and had a good taste to them. However, it was only two slices cut in half and came with a small scoop of butter and powdered sugar sprinkled over it. The western omelette was good, but the best thing were the homefries with onions that came with it. They were excellent and were perfectly cooked. The coffee was hot but not as strong as we would've preferred. I would've given this place a 3.5 star review, but it won't allow a half star.

Food was good . Wouldn't go back ! Picked up my food and had to wait for a sec for it to be ready , which I didn't mind . What I didn't like was.... -Nobody wore gloves- even the cashier was handling cash then I saw her handle food . Never washed her hands nor put on gloves .- small kitchen and a lot of people moving in and out - no gloves - talking over the good - no hand washing etc Another lady eating behind the counter and bagging food at the same time - once again , no gloves or hand washing going on ! It just wasn't my cup of tea when it came to Cleanliness.

I'm not going to lie, the outward appearance of this friendly establishment can throw you off but it has a little local charm to it, that I love seeing in my neighborhood diners & you can tell that the patrons that keep the business flowing at Linthicum are regulars as everyone seemed super comfortable communicating with the staff.I've been here 3x now & have had a scrapple omelette that completely hit the spot, cream chipped beef, that was pretty good, and another omelette variation as well. The prices are very reasonable and the food comes out really quickly. The staff is also super nice, especially considering the fact that we had no clue what to do upon entering - you seat yourself - and there's not much signage to explain things. That said, I enjoyed myself and would return again for a quick delicious meal.

What a gem! This was exactly what I was looking for while staying in Linthicum for work -- I was so glad I found the photos for this place because I didn't think it would be such a cute breakfast type diner, but it totally is. They do have lunch items too, but the name threw me off a bit. We stopped by here just looking for some late-morning breakfast on a Monday, and I'm sooo happy we found this place. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by staff and found a table. It definitely had a friendly neighborhood vibe where staff seemed to know most of the people coming in. This is exactly where I would want to become a regular if I lived here full time!Staff was super kind and very attentive to anything we needed. I ordered my standard breakfast that I order everywhere -- scrambled eggs, toast, potatoes. I was not disappointed. Portions were good and prices were even better. You definitely should check this place out!

My wife and I visited for breakfast.I got the chip beef. It was OK. As with every restaurant that serves it, there was not enough beef. So, I ended up eating mostly gravy over toast.She got the egg white veggie omelet. That was much better! She and I only wish they had a shredded cheese option instead of just the sliced cheese on the inside and out (as it was described to us).The prices are good--as you would expect from a simple, local diner.I definitely plan to go back to try the steak and eggs.

Do Not! I Repeat..Do Not!! Order the Steak & Eggs! I just paid $17 for a Ribeye Steak thinner than lunch meat!!! I'm highly disappointed and I do not recommend getting this. Y'all should be ashamed for even serving this!!!!

Everything is perfect! Food, sooo delicious! Owner's are so kind & sweet & get to know their guests. Staff is super amazing as well. Quick service, always a smile, kind word. Portion sizes are great. Very clean! Your all around family-neighborhood-friendly restaurant. And they take pride in the Linthicum history on their walls. Love them.
