Liberatore's Ristorante & Catering

I have had at least 6 dinners at Liberatores. The chicken Chesapeake is excellent. I have always had excellent service and the atmosphere is perfect.

We made a reservation ahead of time and decided to sit in the sunroom area. We ordered bruschetta and lemon garlic shrimp as appetizers. We all good entrees except I ordered the fish tacos. We felt that the food was average but our waitress kept forgetting items such as ordered wine, water refills and steak knives. Butter knives were used in place of steak knives because she took so long to return. I don't know if we were simply forgotten about because of where we were seated or what. I am unsure if we will return to this location.

It's not cheap but it's worth it. Has an excellent menu and food. The ambiance is romantic and the service is great. The servers are very knowledgeable regarding the menu, which is a plus.

Being one of the big restaurants around Westminster near Antrim 1844 that could host a large party, my fiance and I chose this place to have our rehearsal dinner. We stopped by to try their food before we officially booked, and we were pleasantly surprised!Definitely get their MEATBALLS!! I mean like yum. They're soft, moist, flavorful and come with a great tomato sauce. Their vodka sauce for pasta is also delish. The salmon with risotto was a little meh - risotto could use more flavor and the salmon was a little dry. Overall, the restaurant was very accommodating with our needs for the rehearsal dinner. They rearranged the main stables in the middle to fit our large party of 24 since someone already booked their private room. The other group ended up canceling but we ended up staying in the main restaurant because of the ambiance/look of the restaurant. We ordered the first (less expensive) preset menu that included family style meatballs, calamari, salad, an entree (off their specific list). The restaurant was very modern looking, and had pretty good food! We would definitely recommend having a large group there because they were very accommodating and easy to work with!

Had a reservation but had to wait ~20 minutes for our table for a party of 3. Being short-staffed with COVID, I gave this a pass. Food was just OK. Started with calamari, the house salad, and the caesar salad. The house salad was incredibly bland and over-dressed. For main courses, we got the veal parmesan (3/5), the chicken parmesan (4/5) and the chicken giovanni (3/5). Sides of pasta were pretty bland as well.

I spend a lot of money at the Eldersburg restaurant and I am very disappointed to say that The last two times that I have ordered a filet steak the first time it was delivered to my house raw so I called the restaurant and the manager came to my house saw it was raw took it back to the restaurant and brought me another steak that wasn't even cooked right second time I ordered a filet it was very dry and overcooked, broccoli was soggy and half of my food was missing called the restaurant and the manager told me take a picture of the food an email it to him. I feel like my situation wasn't dealt with right and I will be calling somebody to get my money back

Have stopped in this place several times and have never been disappointed. I had to beet salad appetizer and meatballs. Both were excellent.I suggest the house wine. You can't go wrong. I have an excellent evening

Perfectly fine in every way yet at the same time, not a place we'll be hurrying back to try again. Service was decent--not excellent, mind you, but okay enough. Ditto for the food. The cream of crab soup was delicious. My Fabio Flounder was sizable and tasty enough but didn't need to be breaded AND the veggies served with it were mushy. My partner enjoyed his pan seared chicken, and said that it reminded him of a chicken cacciatore dish. Would I eat here again? Yes Will I be eager to eat here again? Not really

Excellent food but the bar area needs more help because the tender needs to handle all the bar tables and still make every drink ordered by people in the Resturant area!

The venue was beautiful for a private party! The food was outstanding and the service could not have been better!!! Thanks for making my daughters rehearsal dinner so special!!!
