Libbey's Coastal Kitchen and Cocktails

We came here after a day at the beach and was very impressed with the location and views! It was right on the water by the marina and we were seated by a window. Loved that! There were a lot of flys inside when we sat down but they seemed to go away after awhile. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable and had great recommendations. I ordered the Crab Cake dinner and my fiance ordered the Land + Sea. My crab cakes were delicious and packed with crab and very little filler but the cakes were smaller than expected. I was disappointed that the mashed potatoes and vegetables didn't have any seasonings on them. My fiance's Land + Sea portion was small as well but the steak was flavorful. I ordered a Mac and Cheese for my daughter and also ate it all myself it was so good! They were family friendly and the bathrooms were incredibly clean!

Just what we were looking for on a Sunday afternoon, mid-September, on our way home from visiting friends on the Eastern Shore. Smash burger and Mahi Fish Taco. Both good choices. View was nice!When we arrived we thought we might sat upstairs but the wait was too long. We headed downstairs to Below Deck. Good choice! When we arrived (1:10pm) there were plenty pf choices for seating. Within 20 minutes, choices were much more limited. Good stop before heading over the bridge!

An amazing stop ok the way to or from Ocean city, great views, friendly staff and yummy food.The Mahi Mahi tacos were delicious, and the Cuban sandwich was on point, but the cream of crab stole the show!I highly recommend this for a nice brunch on Saturday or Sunday! Take the time to also wallnaround the marina while you are there!

Superrrr loud environment. We were seated inside in the largest room with the bar, but it was hard to hear other people across the table. Our waitress was very kind and friendly! All of our food was okay, but nothing was great. I didn't love the cream of crab but that may be more personally preference. The mahi tacos looked really good but the fish was tough and hard to chew. Overall slightly disappointing.

2/27/24 quick stop for lunch. Libby's is a cool spot! Would love to return in the summer time for the amazing views. In for a quick lunch, I sat at the bar and enjoyed a fantastic cup of their Cream of Crab soup with a tasty IPA. Bartender was great, knowledgeable of the menu and bar selection specifically the drafts as I asked about local brews. I'm sure the place fills up quick on warm, sunny days!

Visited Libbey's Coastal kitchen with our vendor we were visiting from Texas. The location was stellar as we watched ships right on the Chesapeake bay from our table. Service was excellent and atmosphere was casual. I had the crab cake sandwich which contains no fillers and filled with local Maryland sourced crabmeat. It was satisfying and filling for a lunch. Would be nice to have been here during the summertime to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the views. Guess I will need to come back in the summer!

I have been wanting to try Libbeys since earlier this spring. My Annapolis retired women's group will be going in a few weeks for a mid-week Happy Hour, so I wanted to check it out. Home run! We arrived before noon on a Wednesday, so we had our choice of tables on the lovely outdoor upper deck. My husband was wowed by the view. Our server was Jarrod, who was very friendly and efficient. We enjoyed glasses of Devils Backbone Vienna Lager. I ordered the Maryland Crab soup, and my husband had Cream of Crab. We both ordered the Bay View Cobb salads. It comes with some lump crab on top and other Cobb salad elements, with a nice dressing. Delicious!Everything seems refreshed. The cushioned chairs were so comfy. This will now be a regular stop on our restaurant rotation. We enjoy several other Kent Island restaurants, but none of them have these wide open, amazing views of the whole expanse of the Chesapeake Bay.

This was a nice place to go for a Summer lunch outdoors. They've got plenty of outdoor seating that overlooks the water. Caitlin was our server and she was great. Very attentive with good customer service. The food overall was just okay. Nothing bad, just lacked flavor for most of the dishes we had. The ceviche was my favorite as the fresh seafood and vegetables do well on their own.

It's a different experience to arrive at Libbey's waterside by boat, than driving up in the parking lot. There are 3-4 dock Spaces for 23-ft boats and a marina to accommodate larger crafts. (Gas was not operable at the time of this post, which increased dock space, but stinks of you need a refill on petrol. Check out Libbey's drink specials, as the ambiance is great, especially if you're there for the views. Waitstaff staff is friendly and knows the menu well.

Our first time here and we were amazed how beautiful this place was! Location, location, location!!- view of the water was stunning! Food was spot on--Delicious! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Highly recommend this restaurant.
