Great breakfast sandwiches! A highlight of my long weekend visit home to Annapolis was walking over and picking up a breakfast sandwich on my first and last morning! Look forward to returning when I visit again!!

I recommend this place if you're in the Eastport area, it's close to the Maritime Museum and docks. While eating there I noticed all the boaters stopping by for coffee and or a bite. Like many of the local businesses this one puts out dog treats for those walking their pets. They also have some yummy baked goods as well. If the weather is nice the outdoor area is lovely and the staff are so friendly.

A must do when in Eastport. Easy to miss as it is literally a corner store. Menu is small, but well thought out. Location is exceptional if you like neighborhood establishments.For Eastport, this fits very well. Had the Smith Island cake. For those of you unfamiliar with MD, this is literally the state of Maryland dessert (for what that matters). Very good and worth a stop in.Recommended.

Leeward Market is my go-to place for breakfast and lunch. My favorite menu items are the Peruvian Chicken wrap and the Beef Gyro. They also have daily specials. If you are sailing, ask for a "crew lunch" to have your sandwich in a waterproof to-go bag with chips/apple.

It's a nice clean little neighborhood cafe for casual food and a cold (non-alcoholic) drink on a hot day. Ice cream freezer also. On my first visit I found the food unremarkable, though. I got the chicken gyro. It was $12 and had tough flavorless chicken and came with a bag of chips. My friend got the chicken cheese steak and said it was very flavorful but with the same leathery chicken. A third friend got the cheese steak and liked it. 8 of us ate there. Nobody was disappointed but nobody raved about their food either. Service was fast and friendly. It's very pricey for what you get. I'd head over to Davis Pub and get larger portions and better food. That said, it's cute and I'm glad it's here. With cottages in Eastport selling every week for $2M, I guess the price of a sandwich is not really important. Go for coffee and a breakfast sandwich.

Great spot to grab quick lunch My go to is tuna on spinach wrap also cookies are delicious .. Quick very friendly service always stop by when I'm in town .

Hidden gem of Eastport. While it has changed ownership from when I first discovered it, the food is still legit! I used to go for breakfast sandwiches when I lived nearby, and they were outstanding! I recently stopped for lunch, since I no longer live nearby, and was SO HAPPY to find yummy gluten-free options! The friendly service is an added bonus.

My little group continues to meet monthly at Leeward Market. Last weekend we had about 15 people. Staff accommodates us, excellent food is served promptly, and they don't seem to mind that we drag tables around for our group. I expect we know by now that we put things back.Saturday I had the beef gyro which was quite good. With 15 people as you would expect there were a range of selections from pizza to sandwiches. Everyone was pleased. Leeward Market remains a favorite for me and for the members of our organization. Recommended.

I love Leeward Market. The menu is not fancy but well thought out. The food is fresh and good, love having a toasted everything bagel bacon egg and cheese on the rear patio with a hot cup of the delicious coffee sitting with my pup. The pizzas are really good and a good selection too. The owner is awesome and makes sure you are happy and satisfied. The market itself sits on a corner in the Maritime Republic of Eastport and is a throw back to simpler times. Smith Island cake sitting under glass on the counter is the clincher! Love Leeward Market!

The staff was unfriendly. My friend also got accused of stealing her bagel when she had paid a few minutes prior. The food is good but overpriced.
