Latela's Discount Liquors

My go to liquor store. They keep in stock two of my favorites. With the exception of a huge selection of so much more. The two favorite of mine that l can't find in every liquor store would be My Jim Beam Apple liqueur whiskey. So good that l can drink it straight or on the rocks.The next would be My "Root Beer" and l don't mean soda. Even though it taste like one. Watch it at 5.5 per bottle. It may sneak up on you :)

Good selection of beers, enough craft beer to satisfy me, but much more in the mass market domestic/import variety. Prices were fine as well. Worth noting that all of the beer is cold, so you can only buy what you can refrigerate right away.My wish: Build your own six pack would be a great addition. There are a decent amount of solo tall boys, but not really of craft beers. I like to buy singles to try new beers rather than a while six pack.

This place is really nice has all varieties of beer,wine, and liquors. Will definitely visit again again when my fiance and I visit the Maryland area!!

its always a nice trip in this store! employees friendly & can't forget mama. that's the only reason i go here. if a brand of liquor u like and its not there they will order for u!!! like this so if anyone bought its thanks to me!!! saw in other stores and thanked if they could order and mama did.....

The walk-in beer and wine cooler is larger than some liquor stores I've visited!! Latela's liquor store is perfect for instant gratification, just grab some interesting pre-chilled beer and get to someplace where you can drink it :) Very nice selection of craft and mass-market brews and they're all cold, cold, cold! It's a little scruffy with basically zero windows, don't let that bother you.Prices are competitive but not especially low. They use old-school sticky orange price tags on the bottles of liquor and wine because the shelves don't have labels. But it's really frustrating that the beer prices in the cooler are not marked, you have to leave the cooler and have a cashier consult their very dog-eared and ratty list to solve that little mystery.This place is absolutely great for getting a case of standard American beer or wine from a well-known producer. But otherwise I have to disagree with Craig R. and Yashpal S.; this is NOT the best liquor store in the area. That award goes to a place in the costco shopping center just 5 miles north-west on 175 which shall remain nameless here, but the first word is "perfect" and the second word rhymes with "four", just check the yelp reviews.

Big store with huge variety of beers, wine, and liquor. Friendly staff who don't have an attitude. Other stores in the area gave me horrible customer service but not this one. And the prices are great! I'll be back!

Always great customer service! And best prices in Hanover. Never had a bad experience here, and they stay open pretty much all. LOVE THEM!

Nothing special about this place no prices on their beers be careful what you buy also rude customer service from the lady I'll go elsewhere plenty of options in the area.
