Great Store and great customer service will definitely be back! Located in a very safe area (Owing Mills Area)

It's a convenient location in my area when I have to stop it just to grab something quickly. They have most of the popular brands on the market. I am a big craft beer fan so they usually don't have what I am looking ford prices are average for any other liquor store. They are smallBut it makes it easy to find what I am looking for. They don't advertise many sales but they may have a few from time to time. I will stop in as long as it's on the way while I am running errands but I would not make a trip exclusively there. Is a good spot for me to grab a case of Miller Lite on my way home if I am expecting guests and don't have much time to go anywhere else.

Upon entering the store the manager /owner just stares at you. When you say "Hello", he doesn't reply. He needs to work on his interpersonal skills. He gets friendlier if you pull out the right credit card or money. I have decided that there is no need to go to this store and be treated with an unfriendly attitude. There are liquor stores on every corner in Owings Mills and his competitors are alot more friendly. I witness another customer being treated the same way. Why give him your money? Less that a half mile away the liquor store owner greets yo , and will help you if need a suggestion. I guess hard core drinkers dont realize it, but those who are frequenting his store on occasion can go elsewhere and be Greeted too!

Yeah I'm actually a regular at this store and there's two reasons y. First off the customer service is outstanding. Being friendly with a smile on your face is always a good start. The second reason is that they know there stuff about liquor. I'm not a heavy drinker and don't know anything about which liquors i can and can't drink without feeling sick. They helped me pick out some great stuff based on what I told them about myself. I had an amazing first date with my girlfriend because of these guys. 5 stars.
