L’Antico

I walked toward my favorite halal place and was offered a sample. It tasted great, so I decided to order a no-meat sandwich with avocado and pesto added. I will definitely add this spot to my rotation when I want to grab food at the mall.

People listen to me. It is really hard to find a place that I feel is a 5 star restaurant at a mall, but when you hear of a place that should be in a high luxury resort area that is currently located at a mall you have to give them a try. This is a family owned business that only use fresh ingredients including insight baked bread. The prices are under 15 dollars a sandwich and it will be almost impossible to finish this sandwich in one setting. I got the roast beef with pesto sauce and arugula lettuce and fresh tomatoes, topped off with a brushing of olive oil. Man was this sandwich good. I have a feeling that I will be eating my way through their menu, I love this place and the family story behind it.

This place took me by surprise. My tour group dropped us off here for lunch and as I came in I was offered a sandwich sample. I was hesitant at first cause I was in the mood for chick fil a but after having that bite I quickly made a uturn back to this place. I got the pastrami without tomatoes. It's a huge sandwich and the focaccia bread is the star of the show. It reminds me of a fluffy light pita bread, I liked it so much I got one bread for my kids and they loved it. The cheese, pesto pizza was also great and I think they use the same dough as the sandwiches which makes it tasty. The place is Well laid out, clean and bright. If I lived here I would eat here at least once a week. One of my favorite sandwhiches wish I had more time to try the other sandwiches.

This place had amazing FRESH Italian sandwiches! The service was superb! Definitely going back!

I had lunch yesterday with my children from the Italian restaurant L'Antico, and I bought sandwich number 4 with a wonderful pepperoni pizza. This place really deserves five stars for its cleanliness, service and quality. I recommend it to everyone

Coming from a picky New Yorker, the sandwiches here are the best I've had in Annapolis and the closest to a real Italian sandwich you'll get in the area. Each ingredient was so fresh and the bread was absolutely to die for. The staff was so friendly too! This is such a hidden gem inside the Annapolis mall food court and everyone should be getting their sandwiches here. The portions are also so big, you can easily make one sandwich 2 meals. Can't wait to be back!

The sandwiches are amazing. Soft bread and HUGE portions with authentic Italian ingredients. I'll definitely be returning for more.

I was looking forward to trying this place. A nice lady was giving out sample over the weekend and the sample was actually really good, not your typical mall food. I was ready to order and saw an employee wipe his nose several times with a tissue, throwing it in a trash can, and the proceeded to wipe his nose with his hand. I watched to see if he would wash his hands, but he never did. Even though the food may be good, there's no way I would eat there now. He needs to be taught to wash his hands. I shudder to think what he does when customers are not watching. Maybe a complaint to the Health Dept. will help educate employees.
