Cousinnnn! Auntie has made dinner, come join! I mean wow. This brings back the nostalgia of eating my favorite meal- fufu and light soup with goat with family at the table. I have been looking for an authentic Ghanaian restaurant in Baltimore for years and have finally found it. The service is amazing, the owners son is always accommodating and friendly when he answers the phone and always pleasantly greets me when I walk in. Although I'd love to be able to eat here, I'd probably need a wheel barrow to leave so account for this being a to go experience with you favorite pillow and blanket nearby for the nap you'll need. I've been here several times before writing this review because it really felt like I was going to pick up food from aunties house and forgot, WHOOPS. I always get the same thing but my husband has ventured to the Caribbean menu and has gotten oxtails the size of his palm, twice- going above and beyond is clearly they're M O. The goat is always so perfectly cooked, flavorful and more than enough to last the whole meal. They really add a new meaning to Baltimore eating for me and I'm so grateful! I always recommend calling to place your order to ensure it's available because stuff sells out due to its amazingness!

A place where you can find jollof rice AND Jamaican beef patties? Sign me up!The exterior is unassuming but the interior is bright, clean, and the service is polite and attentive. Kudos to the owner for being such a delight!I ordered jollof rice with chicken and a beef patty (of course). Both were excellent but I have to shower the jollof rice with praise. As a Nigerian American, the struggle to find good jollof is real. I have to say that this Ghanian style jollof was quite good. I won't get into a whole thing about which country has the best jollof but I enjoyed this iteration quite a bit. I highly recommend checking out KSB when you're near Parkville.

My daughter has dance right next door and I skipped dinner so I figured why not? It was a 1 minute walk and to be blunt it's a little hole in the wall place with 7 impossibly stuffed tables for two each one. It is very clean and quant at the same time. The smells coming from the kitchen were delicious. I looked at the menu and decided to get the Oxtails. It took about 18 minutes or so to come out. It came with rice and beans, the oxtails, cabbage and plantains. The oxtails were a little small, but flavorful. The sauce over the beans and rice made them really pop. The cabbage was something I didn't like at first, but as I ate it I liked it more. The plantains were excellent and the perfect end to a great comfort food type meal. One last comment, I think it was a little high from a cost perspective. Might be inflation related.

I was hungry for African food and was fortunate to find this restaurant. While it's not fancy, the restaurant was clean and service friendly and quick. I ordered egusi soup with smoked turkey, fufu, plaintain and a beef patty. I was hungry LOL. The soup was flavorful and good portion size, beef patty flaky and the plantain was the perfect ripeness for frying. I was so happy, I was dancing as I ate since the restaurant was playing Afrobeat music. So glad I stopped in. Sent pics to the WhatsApp family; I'm sure they will get some foot traffic from that.

I ordered the egusi and spinach with the fufu and the jollof rice with chicken, vegetables, and plantain. The food was just ok. The egusi and spinach lacked some flavor and the chicken was tougher than I would like. But I will give this place another try.

I visited this location for the first time after driving past it everyday. I stopped in and ordered the oxtail with rice and peas and curry cabbage, baobab drink. The oxtails were very tender and flavorful. The red beans and rice was very dry and flavorless. The curry cabbage was flavorful but not enough in portion. The plantains were extremely disappointing, dry hard. The baobab was good and was the highlight. The customer service was really good the young man brought my order to my car. Overall I would go back for the curry cabbage and the beverages but not the actual food. Very disappointed.

They never disappoint. My family and I enjoy both the African and the Caribbean dishes. Both are delicious, seasoned well, and the African dishes have just the right amount of spice to give a little kick without being too spicy. The staff are always very courteous and accommodating. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice, home cooked meal.

I love that I discovered a Ghanaian restaurant in the Baltimore county area! Although, KSB is not your ordinary Ghanaian restaurant because they also sell Caribbean food. We decided to order both Ghanaian and Caribbean food, and I got to say, both cuisines were top notch! The Caribbean entree we ordered was the jerk salmon with curried cabbage, fried plantains, rice and peas, and Mac n cheese. Yes, all one order and simply amazing! It was such a good portion! The Ghanaian dishes we ordered were the banku with okra and rice with spinach stew. I'm not a banku and okra fan, so I didn't try it, but the spinach stew tasted so good. I was told the banku and okra was really well made, so I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Only had a Jamaican chicken patty, but it was quite good. Flaky, well seasoned, and authentic.
