KS Catering

I (fortunately) was not the person who hired or had to pay this company. But I was a guest at a wedding that was catered by KS Catering. The fruit and cheese "display" consisted of a fruit tray and cheese tray shoved on the corner of the buffet table with keebler crackers and crab dip in a GIANT chafing dish. The buffet consisted of cold grilled chicken breast, cold chicken parm, cold over cooked steak, and rice pilaf. Oh, and sweet potatoes wrapped in tin foil with a bowl of brown sugar on the side. The service was terrible and the manager was a mess. He was disheveled, lacked grace and the ability to talk to people. To sum up, the service sucked, the food sucked and the displays were awful. Hire anyone but these people.

An outstanding value! They say you get what you pay for but with KS Catering, you get a whole lot more. I was hesitant to to go with KS Catering for our wedding bc I was afraid that the low prices would equate low quality food or crappy service. So glad I was wrong. After working with KS Catering for a fundraiser in January, I was convinced their low prices did not mean we had to sacrifice quality so we booked them for our wedding as well. The food, service and level of professionalism were top notch. They were helpful with referrals and even called several other vendors to help us find everything we needed to make our wedding day perfect. I recommend KS Catering to anyone looking for delicious food and great prices. The bacon wrapped scallops, drizzled with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ were amazing, the petit filets and soft pretzel bar were also crown favorites.

I would not recommend this catering company. The food displays were uninspired as was the food. The manager was abrupt and dismissive. They appeared to be understaffed, which translated into being unavailable to fill water glasses, cut the bridal cake or respond to guests needs. This is not the catering company I would want for my daughter's wedding.
