This is the room... about the size of an oversized bathroom, box on top is the small box that the glass bottles were in.

The bartender T was wonderful! Drew was our helper? Or Axe guide if you will! Such a cool and intimate place! Not super crowded at all and we had a great time. It was nice to have someone to helping you along as you are literally throwing an axe! This was a great time and my second time doing this. They monitor your drinking and only allow 3, I like that idea keeps the shenanigans at a minimum. My hubby and I had a blast we will definitely be back!

Our group of 4 had reservations on a Saturday afternoon for a 90 min private group axe-throwing session. It was pretty good to have someone there to teach us how to throw it and come up with some pretty good games to play in the group. The bartender was super nice and kept the drinks flowing. They didn't have some of the minor ingredients for one of my drinks so they comped it without me even asking, which was appreciated. The music was good, the games were fun and we had a good time. Just docked a point because, at $41 per person, it does seem quite expensive, the axes needed some new grip tape and/or the old dangling pieces cut off.

We spent 15 mins in the rage room and it definitely gave us what we needed. We were put in PPE ( Face shields + a firefighter jumpsuit ) to protect us from any shattered glass/ items. I wish the rage room had more items for us to break. It was still worth the experience for our 1st time in a wreck in room or aka a rage room. 45$ for two people called double the trouble. Super fun to do with my gf and right in the middle of power plant live in downtown Baltimore so lots of eateries and restaurants to go to.This place has ax throwing on the side too which we didn't get to go to but definitely will return to try. Smaller location, small bar, but the service was great all around. Definitely make reservations in advance o

Had to wait 10+ minutes for the bartender to serve the 4-5 people that came in after us, and for him to take the shot someone bought him. He then assured is it would only be another minute. He wiped something down then told us he was finding us a bartender. Anither bartender came out and proceeded to serve someone at the other end of the bar that already had a drink in hand. We walked over to her and she served us right away. Smallest Moscow mule I've ever had and probably the second/third most expensive. Great atmosphere but the service was interesting....

Fun, like most axe throwing places, but pricier than some other places. The lanes also seem to be a bit shorter than other places I've been. Also, the bartender put another person's drink on my tab, swiped my card, then shrugged and walked away when I asked about it (after I had paid). I ended up working it out with the other person. I can't recommend a place with service like that. The axe throwing portion was still good, and the person in charge of our lane was great at their job.

I had a reservation for 4 people. Upon arrival we were greeted poorly by Martina and was told that we would all go in the room as a group for 15mins. We did not experience per person 15mins of rage even tho that's what we paid for. The room was completely too small for all 4 guest but as stated by Martina that's what we paid for even tho the advertisement states 15mins per ragerThe customer service was horrible! I can't believe Martina even has a job with that type of personality.

I can't speak for the axe throwing here because my friends and I did the "rage room." It's in quotes because honestly this was a huge disappointment and really doesn't deserve to be called a rage room. It's a very very small room with nothing to smash but a small box of glass bottles. Not only that, but it's a 15 minute session at $30 pp with no option to get more bottles if you finish in 3 minutes like we did. There were 4 of us.... So the box was done by the end of our 3.5 minute song. And we were advised to just come out if we finished early... no shade to the staff, they were fine but there are other establishments that charge the same amount of money and actually have furniture and other things to smash other than old liquor bottles and also 30 min sessions as opposed to 15. It's just not worth it, skip out on this. Maybe I will be back to try ace throwing, it seemed other people were having fun in that area.

Took a party bus up from DC to celebrate a 40th birthday at Kraken Axes. The venue was clean, well appointed and welcoming. The staff was friendly and obliging while still keeping the air of authority one wants in a place where people are drinking and literally throwing axes. Alden, Erin and Jessica were particularly exceptional and went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing time. Highly recommend their "Viking cabana" rental.

Really fun spot in a busy area. Had a group of 6 with no reservation come down on a Saturday mid day. Staff was really fun and informative. Hour was more than enough time for the group. There is a bar you can order alcoholic and soft drinks from. There is also a rage room, for about $30 a person for 15 minutes of basic items. You can pay more to get bigger items and be in there for longer. Would come back again!

Went on a date here and it was great! Wallace was super friendly and gave us a bunch of helpful tips which we have not experienced at other places. He even taught us some fun games. Will be back!
