Kokee Tea - Ellicott City

I had a lovely afternoon tea break after lunch. The shop is in the Lotte Plaza strip. Inside you are greeted with a lot of cute plushies and pens for sale. The menu is large and high enough for many to see.I got the Strawberry & Fresh Cream Croffle and the Oolong Milk Tea.The milk tea was flavorful and not too sweet. The price is on the higher side, but not as expensive as some other bubble tea places.The croffle is made fresh to order, so it was piping hot when we got it. Perfect temperature for the fresh cream to melt a little. The strawberries weren't ripe, but they were tasty enough.I look forward to going back for another tea break.

Why didn't anyone tell me this place existed? It was so cute! My friend and I went for a cupsleeve event (kpop event) and we tried the the artists signature drinks. They were really good along with the croffles! I was so glad to find croffles here I thought I could only get them in New York. The staff was super helpful as we had questions on the drinks (they were Ateez inspired) and the Sanrio wall! I was so tempted to buy something since they had a sale! Would definitely go again.

Sooooo cute!!!! There's so many tasty drinks to choose from, it's hard to focus! I went with the grapefruit sparkling which really is tri-colored like in the picture on the menu. It tasted great!And can we talk about all the plushies and cute pens and keychains? I got so distracted by the cool wall of fun stuff that I almost didn't order. The ladies were so kind and attentive - what a wonderfully delightful place to visit!

I'm not usually the biggest boba fan, but I do like the occasional drink. I believe this is one of the better boba spots around because the drinks were not overly sweet when I tried. I enjoyed the mango passionfruit tea as it was refreshing and tasty. The honey milk tea was also pleasant. The service is quick and efficient as expected, and the interior is nicely decorated. They also sell little plushies and stationery.

This place is sooooo cute! Inside they have a little store section where you can shop for journals, stuffed animals, pens, all cute things basically. A lot of hello kitty themed and boba themed knick knacks. I ordered the sparkling passion fruit tea with boba. You really have to mix it because if not you'll be disappointed. A friend of mine got the dragon & rose which was so much better. I'm definitely interested in checking this place out again and trying all the other cool flavors they have!

I think the exact rating I'd give this place would be like a 4.2/5 Second time here, different order- Mango slushee boba ? Not sure what it was called. And I also got a red velvet + birthday cake macaroon. Typically, tapioca makes me feel sick but these were really good, I enjoyed chewing them along with the mango slushee thing- it was really really good, totally recommend. As for the MACAROONS, they were really just meh. I love macaroons and am always so tempted by them so as always, I buy them. These were cold and did not taste fresh. Tasted like a level up from macaroons you would get from Costco in the big pack. Between the birthday cake and red velvet, I'd definitely go for the birthday cake... if you can resist the temptation then I'd recommend going somewhere else for fresh macaroons.AMBIANCE/SERVICE- this place is too cute. If you look in the back, they have pretty good deals (buy 1 get one free) for like really cute plushies. I'd 100% come here to get some boba and catch up with a friend(s).

Small boba tea joint in a great location. Have some authentic food at one of the great restaurants and then get a tea for the ride home

Needing some caffeine so why not get bubble tea. This is a small bubble tea shop right off the exit. I got the honey milk tea with honey boba. The flavor is soooo good. It's not too which is a huge plus for me. At other bubble tea places, I usually opt for 30% or 50% sugar. I thought this was perfect. The best part of this was the boba! They were so good!! You could tell they were made fresh. It was sweet and chewy. Definitely will come back here to try their other items!

Tasty boba shop close to Lotte Market. I came in on a weekend afternoon after picking up some groceries nearby. I got the strawberry green milk tea and an Oreo milk tea, 50% sugar and light ice. I also tried their honey boba. I thought it was pretty good and they made the drinks quickly and accurately. The tea flavor wasn't super strong but that was likely due to the green tea base. The Oreo milk tea was also ok. The honey boba was chewy and were mildly sweet. They also have snacks for sale like croffles.Overall I love the vibe of the store, they have a small plant wall where they sell plants and some supplies (pots etc.). They also sell some merchandise like branded cups, straws and tea. I will come back but likely will try some of their other drinks.

Ambiance soooo cute reminds me of being in high school. Tea and dessert A1. Service was quick and the attentive. She even helped me decide
