Kobe Japanese Steak & Seafood

Came here with some friends and their kids for lunch! We wanted hibachi so we had to wait for our other half of the party to get there.We sat down and our chef cooking our food was nice. The show was a typical hibachi show. At this place they charge you a gratuity upfront which I thought was strange for a hibachi place. For each hibachi entree you get a soup and salad with noodles and rice (an upcharge if you want fried rice vs. regular rice which is kinda dumb). I decided to go big so I got the scallops, shrimp and filet. It was pretty pricey but I thought it would be worth it.We got plenty of noodles and rice, not that much veggies which was sad since veggies are one of my favorite things about the meal and an okay serving of meats. The flavor overall wasn't as good as other place we have been to. I thought this was a pretty mediocre place since the price point doesn't meet the quality of food. We did have a bunch of leftovers a the end.

Excellent. I went early for be lunch for sushi and it was fresh and delicious. We decided to sit in the front at a table versus the Hibachi experience this visit. It was fast and attentive service and would definitely return.

The food is good and the service is cool. They need to clean the bathroom more frequently. I love the chefs cause they are super engaging and entertaining. They make sure your order is right which I like.

Ok so this place has improved dramatically. The portions are huge! The amount of veggies you get with the hibachi is the most I've ever seen. Tons of quality food. Not the cheapest(not terrible expensive) but absolutely worth it!! Great job Kobe...we need a decent Japanese steakhouse locally.

Hi Yelpers! I haven't been to a hibachi restaurant in years. I would say since the early 2000s. So when my friend suggested it I was open to it. So I think I now know why I do not fancy hibachi restaurants. I don't like that I have to share my table with other customers lol. I also did not like how the Mr Hibachi Man stacked the food onto if each other? How do I know the bottom of each food pan was not placed on a clean surface???However let's stay focused. The food was huge and it also tasted good. The drinks were nice as well. So overall I highly recommend the restaurant but it's not for me.Enjoy the pictures!!!

You got so much food and it was all good! I wish it just wasn't so salty. I do think this is still expensive especially with now all you can eat alternatives but I guess the bonus with this is that you can take the food home.

I haven't been to Kobe's in a few years which is surprising because I love Kobe's! It as my first time trying the salmon and to my surprise it was delicious(I mean look at the images) lol I had an order of dynomite sushi with crab meat (not pictured) for the first time that was good as well however I'm not sure how it supposed to have been served. I assumed like a regular sushi rolls. (shrimp tempura) but it was wrapped up in aluminum foil like a small loaf of bread covered with eel sauce so it was hard to grip with the chop sticks. The entree was fulfilling I had to take it home. I had enough for lunch and enough for dinner later that day. Our server and chef was very attentive. I caught the shrimp! LOL

My family went to Kobe today. We placed a $200 sushi order and asked for a side order of fried rice. They said it only came with a dinner order! Not very service oriented. The sushi was very good though.

Maybe if you are looking for entertainment, it might get a better review but we went just to sit down and have dinner. Food quality is a hair better than food court food. But just a hair. Not well seasoned and not well cooked. Had the steak and it was just chopped beef fried up. Over all disappointing especially for the price and I am not sure if watching my food get cooked would have made the difference.

I ordered my carry out from the menu I was given but when I received my order it was incomplete. When I questioned this, I was told those items don't come with carry out. I pointed out that this was not stated on the menu. When I asked for the Manager he pulled out a separate Togo menu. I told him that was unacceptable and that he needs to honor what was on the menu I was given and he said no. So he knows it's me- Sunday Dec15,2024 1:27pm . No customer service intelligence at all, no honor what was order! SCAMIf this food wasn't in part for someone else I would have asked for a refund- and should have because it tasted nothing like eating in.So beware - it gets 2.5 stars for a reason
