It was good. Just not very much cumin like other places.

I don't know how long they've been open, but their web page says 'Now open'. So this past Sunday there was no one in the place. I went in to order two pupusas to go. The guy said it would be ten minutes. No problem. We went to the bakery nearby. My friend bought two chicken tamales for her husband. We went back and waited for our pupusas. I have no problem waiting, but there were no other customers. When we went back the employees were in the back of the store. We took them to go. We both had the cheese and loroco ones. They were good. $2.50 each is a fair, competitive price. There isn't much atmosphere in the restaurant that would make me want to dine in. I think most people order their Peruvian chicken and take it to Wheaton Regional Park. If in the area, I may order again.

I have been living in this area for more than 25 years. Hands-down, the best place to have chicken is a Pollo Rico this place lacks the cumin in their chicken. Although I did see a lot of people purchased the chicken soup, so I may give that a try next instead. Customer service was good. And the place is clean.

This is the the real deal Peruvian chicken joint . Over sized portions and amazing prices! Best of all taste is great .To be clear this isn't a restaurant for atmosphere on a date . This is a working men's restaurant . A bit rustic but food makes up for it .

The pupusas at King Pollo are fantastic! Made fresh and stuffed with which ever filling you choose. I tried the bean and cheese filling, and it was delicious. I definitely recommend this place.
