This was our first time going to a jazz club / event. We weren't disappointed at all. The scene was smooth, chill, and relaxing. Everyone in there was dressed up and enjoying the smooth sounds of the jazz artists playing their songs . Food was also good. I would go back to this place ASAP.

My husband surprised me with a fun evening At Keystone Korner. We saw one of our favorite bands. Our food came out promptly and tasted delicious!!!! The server took very good care of us and we finished the evening with dessert! Wow! The bread pudding was Amazing! I am looking forward to visiting this place again! Will have to bring my family next time they're in town!

I've never been to this restaurant and I jumped at the chance to go. It was cool, sophisticated and smooth. The band was pleasing to the ear playing music from Quincy jones, the gap band and Brenda Russell to name a few. One player I swear played every instrument known to man up there. The band was introduced by the restaurant's owner who is a legend in his own right. The waitress was friendly and prompt. I had the deviled eggs, Caesar salad and lemon drop martini. I feel like I should write a review just about the butter cake alone. It was warm, buttery and crispy on the edges topped with cool smooth vanilla ice cream. It is definitely in the top 2 of any dessert I've ever tasted. Would I be back? Yes definitely several more times. 10 out of 10!

After fine dining in Baltimore my sweetie pie took me to Keystone Korner to see live music, it's my fave! We were seated in what appeared to be the VIP table but nope we just got lucky and were seated on a high top, center stage. (He picked the seats because we did prepay, good job baby) The ambiance is that of a typical venue that has music. Restaurant, stage, pictures of all the most popular music artist from all decades. Loved that! We started with cocktails, they were good! After about an hour we locked eyes and well we both wanted to try something off their menu. I asked for Butter Cake, he opted for Char-Broiled Chesapeake Oysters.I was presented my Butter Cake and I was in Heaven. I first made love with my eyes and then I devoured the whole cake. I did share with my baby, he closed his eyes and made a loud love grunt. (Mmm Mmm Mmm ermahgerd - he said it while he had the cake in his mouth) He is not even a big sweet eater but he liked this one. The cake was to die for. Cake should not be that good. I yelled OMG a few times. May have praised God in there too with my praise and worship hands up in the air. Yeah, it was that good. His oysters must have been a hit because by the time I finished loving on the cake, I looked over and they were gone. Food was a hit from the two choices we picked.Drinks were great! Music a hit! What's not to love about Keystone Korner? Cute little note, our MC looked like he had been MC'ing since the place opened. What a special thing to see. Commitment, love, and admiration for the venue. He made the night super cool! Definitely recommend, especially for the music. But if you're coming just to come, buy the Butter Cake. I promise you'll love me for putting you on.

Great smooth jazz show! It's been a minute since we lasted visited. They now have a 2 item order minimum with a 20% gratuity charge added to each check. The seats we got were good. The first row of tables near the stage. They have other seats with good views BUT they also have seating with obstructive views as well. To make up for that, they have monitors around so you can still see the show. I would encourage you to look at the seating chart when ordering tickets to ensure you get the seats you want.We ordered the buffalo wings, which arrived sort of lukewarm, a Baltimore Sour, which was a really tasty alcoholic drink, and two Coronas (we had to each satisfy the two item per person minimum). When I come to venues that serve food, I never plan on eating a full course meal, so the app and drinks were the way to. If you are not the alcoholic drinking type, they have soda, coffee, and juice as well. The performance we saw and heard was outstanding! They have a variety of artists and you can peruse their full calendar of events. They even offer some concerts for streaming, if that's more your thing. We parked at the city parking garage two blocks down the street, which was convenient. All in all, a great place to take in a jazz concert in downtown Baltimore.

After disappointing food (salmon & catch of the day) but incredible music on our last visit, we've decided to stick to the simple burgers. It was absolutely the right choice--the meat was juicy, and the fries were crispy. It was also reasonably priced! We had a great view of the stage, which elevated the experience even more. The atmosphere, the clientele, and the musicians were just amazing as usual. Keystone Korner is a must-visit for any jazz lover in the city. Just make sure to get a seat with a good view (many seats don't) and stay away from their fish dishes.

Maybe I had too high of expectations of this place. The photos online gave me the impression that it was an intimate jazz club vibe. That's not what I experienced. The layout is just off to me. Feels like just a regular bar/restaurant with a small area in front of the stage. I'm sure you have to pay extra for those "VIP seats" and be there very early. Visited this past Friday for a tribute to the late Phylis Hyman. Had to look her up, but the band did a great job, and I enjoyed the music and the company. I did not enjoy sitting at the bar and having to mostly look at the performance via the TV screens at the bar. It was very awkward. Occasionally, I was able to look at the stage but still felt far away. They have a limited food menu. I wasn't too hungry anyway. I got the bread pudding, which was decent. I had the "Baltimore Sour," a whiskey based cocktail topped with red wine. It was ok. I felt service could have been better. The main bartender seemed a bit annoyed. I'm sure it was overwhelming having to deal with so many people.Parking wasn't too bad. Found street parking, but there's also some nearby garages.I don't really see myself coming back here.

Keystone Korner is a jazz supper club that hosts a wide range of acts from local to world- renowned. In addition to an intimate music setting, this place has great food and drinks. This night, I just had a burger and upgraded to sweet potato fries. I asked for a med-rare burger and told my server I was serious about that temperature and they delivered. The bun was also really soft. The server asked if I wanted to upgrade to sweet potato fries and I'm glad I did. I like soft fries but these fries were both soft and crispy. I saw the regular fries on another table and I look forward to trying those when I go back. In the past I have had the salads and they are also very good. The menu is not very large, but you are there for the music. Now the drinks. There are some specialty cocktails. I started with an old fashioned because that is how I judge most bars. It was very good. I moved onto an espresso martini for dessert. It was very good and didn't skip on the alcohol. It was all alcohol but not too strong.Definitely check out Keystone Korner. It moved to Baltimore all the way from San Francisco. Most of the acts have a charge and there is a two item minimum per person at these shows with a 20% service charge. I just wanted to give you those facts so you would know in advance, but really check this place out.

In early February I learned Stanley Parker was going to play a Tribute show of Jimi Hendrix music. I bought premium tickets for the show on 2/28/25. When we arrived at Keystone Corner, I was faced with stairs to go into the club. As I use a walker, my wife and I had to carry it up the steps. My wife asked the man that greeted us about a handicapped entrance. They have one he said, down the street. When asked why they didn't have a sign on the door, he didn't have an answer. Keystone Corner IS NOT HANDICAPPED FRIENDLY.I had downloaded the tickets for the show on my phone. When I showed the electronic tickets to the employee behind the counter, he called a man who I believe was the manager over. The manager said the show was cancelled. I told him that I had not received an email from the ticketing company they use. I'd never seen a reputable ticket company not send a cancellation notice to ticket holders. The manager then said, "We sent an email on 2/21/25. Look in your junk mail folder." I rarely look in my junk folder. That's why it's there, to keep junk mail out of my inbox. The club knows that their emails end up in spam or junk folders. They simply don't care. At this point we decided to stay and have dinner. That was a mistake. After we sat down a waiter came right over to see if we'd like water. My wife said yes, and he came right back with it. That was the last time we saw him for the next 15 minutes. After she flagged him down, he came back and took our drink order. We waited for about 10 minutes to get those. The club was about half empty. There was no reason for the delay. We decided to leave and have to flag the waiter down again to get the check. There was a 20% gratuity added to it. For terrible service, you still pay it.This was the worst experience I've ever had attending a musical performance at any type of establishment. I will never go to Keystone Corner again. Terrible manager, waiters and staff. They do not care.
