A magical takeout spot that exclusively caters to the late night party-goer.I have lived near KERB for over 3 years, constantly walking by it, but never seeing it open. Last weekend, I broke my normal habit of staying in by hitting the outdoor bars until 2am. On my way back, I smelled a wonderful aroma coming from KERB with a group of drunken patrons picking up orders. So, out of curiosity and excitement, I went inside.First thing about KERB are the two people who run the place, both the cashier and chef. These people are a joy to talk to and are experts in conversing with the inebriated. Second thing about KERB is that the menu is tailor made for people of the "non-sober" persuasion. You have a mix of American, Mexican, and Mediterranean food on the menu, only missing pizza for the ultimate drunk menu. You also have weird hybrid dishes that sound like they were conceived by a madman, and were the focus of my trip.I ordered a BBQ Quesadilla, stuffed with BBQ chicken and cheese, dripping with sweet and smokey sauce. But the kicker is the side of Greek Yogurt served along side it, making the entire dish an American Greek take on a Mexican dish. It was fantastic. I also ordered a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich that was piled high with shredded beef, but also had a fried chicken tender nuzzled inside and coated with marinara sauce and spinach, giving this American sandwich some Italian flair.I enjoyed both dishes immensely at home, woke up the next morning as if I came out of a dream, thinking that the food was just a hallucinations brought by one too many drinks. Then I opened my fridge and found the leftovers, which were just as delicious as I remembered.So yes, KERB has some weird hours, typically being opened between 11pm and 2:30am. But if it's late at night, KERB has the delicious junk food to fill your need.I plan on making KERB my go-to late night spot the next time I'm feeling tipsy.

Friend got the chicken gyro- said it was fine for a late night place. I got a falafel wrap. Pretty bummed by it. Dry, tasted old, also last 2 falafels were burnt. Just not a great meal.

I usually don't write reviews unless it's amazing or terrible but KERB left me a little uneasy. The cashier serves as the cook, who doesn't wear any gloves or washes his hands after handling a transaction be it cash or card. I was at first thinking he wasn't wear a glove because he's doing things with tongs or handling plastics but I was soon erased of that though when he put his bare hands to flip the meat and unroll my sandwich bun.To make matters worse his co-worker whom I assume is the delivery guy "washes" his hands for about 1 second without any soap and proceeds to make food.The inside smells like paint, flies are having a heyday and any semblance of cleanliness is a non factor.All I can say is, the reviews you see where they tell you it's dirty or unclean? Yeah, just listen to them and steer away from this place.

This spot is a real gem. The owner is super friendly, went above and beyond and cut up some cucumbers for our little guy who isn't really at the stage of eating cheesesteaks. My wife got the Kerb, and I got the cheesesteak, both were delicious. Will definitely be back!

It's funny but this dive is one of my top favorite places to go in Towson. Amazing Turkish food and the guy is a sweetheart. I'll be back again. Also great cheesesteaks

This place.. Today was beautfiul and sunny, 78 degrees. I felt like a gyro was well suited for my appetite.After watching my roommates eat their takeout once, I decided to try this place out. I ordered one lamb gyro. The cook was very friendly though I cannot overlook the improper sanitary precautions.While cooking my meal, I saw him texting and then immediately press his bare hand down onto the pita which was lying on the grill. No gloves or nothing, during flu season to boot.As soon as I witnessed that I walked out of the restaurant without saying a word.I will never try this place's food simply because it does not appear sanitary.

This is my very time here and it's everything to me right now. The chicken cheesesteak is to die for and the fries don't need any ketchup on them.

A great find!! This place is small and hidden and deserves this shoutout. Got a grilled lamb wrap as a meal. Everything was made fresh when I ordered. The wrap was incredible and the huge side of fries was just perfect. Highly recommend. And will definitely go back! Thank you for the great food and service.

Okay, where do I start? Since we eat first with your eyes, let me just say that their presentation IS.ON.POINT! (See first pic below). I liked the fact that they provided sufficient amounts of ketchup. Most chains gives 2 packets for a large fry. Upon opening the foil wrapper to unveil the star of the show, I was quite surprised by the hardiness off the steak sub! Not too mention that it was so neat and not greasy or soggy. Someone has finally got this thing right!!! I haven't had a Maryland Cheese steak in 3 years and this was just what I needed!!! The sandwich was so filling that I will make 2 meals from it. Now, let's talk about the fresh cut fries...one word....delicious! Again, someone has finally got this thing right!!! I will definitely patronize this establishment whenever I visit Maryland.Hats off and many thanks to the chef!Next comes the delivery! On time...food arrived hot. The delivery person was nicely dressed and well groomed. He looked well put together, like he takes pride in his appearance. This guy woke up determined to LIVE HIS BEST LIFE!
