I've been here so many times, and every time I am reminded of why I keep coming! If you're here for either breakfast or lunch there will be a line and the service will be a little slow but it is 1000 percent worth it. The ladies are always nice but BUSY! There is some seating but it's mostly carry out/hot bar style. Portion sizes are crazy but worth it for the money (please don't change)! The fried chicken is always a go to but the pork chops are also delicious! For breakfast, BEC on croissant, HANDS DOWN!

The guys move entirely too slow. Food looks better than it taste. Pork Chops were good. Cornbread was great, very moist and taste like cake. The bbq chicken was ok, sauce good but the chicken seasoning not too good. Mac n Cheese trash! Maybe I went on a bad day because usually I'm happy. Especially with the oxtails.

BREAKFAST SANDWICH REVIEW:Overall this place is an option if you want a quick breakfast sandwich in the morning. I've purchased breakfast sandwiches from here on a few occasions and every time the sandwiches were consistently large. Much larger than any other breakfast sandwich that the area has to offer. I would go as far as to say larger than what any other breakfast sandwich shop has to offer in the DMV. Where I think they could improve in the quality of the sandwich I believe they overcompensate with quantity. The sandwiches taste homestyle and after every time I've eaten here I thought I could do a similar job if not better if I made sandwiches on my own. Their bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches are LOADED with bacon. So much that I've been compelled to remove some of the bacon that was in excess. Of course under many circumstances there is no such thing as too much bacon, but in this case it is. On a couple occasions I've removed the bacon and was able to make two breakfast sandwiches the following days. If you order the croissant breakfast sandwich, note the croissant is HUGE! Overall an OK experience and I will visit again to try other breakfast options.

Absolutely delicious. I also ordered a turkey a la carte and it was cooked to perfection but the flavor was just so, so to me. I will be ordering from here on a regular. So far, they have the best potato salad-to-purchase.

Visited based on stellar reviews from a couple of coworkers. Typical carryout vibe but it looked clean enough and every dish looked delicious & fresh. TWO THUMBS UP. I went at a super slow time and I came in prepared with my order so I think my server and I were mutually grateful for the fast transaction. I'm on a pretty serious plant based diet transition but I'm not allergic to meat so every now and again I will indulge. The ribs were making me drool a lil but I worked hard at making a healthier choice and went with the turkey wings. DELICIOUS. TWO THUMBS UP. My hubby agreed. I personally didn't like all of my sides. The black-eyed peas and cabbage weren't bad, they just didn't taste as good as they looked. I prefer savory greens and these were "sweet" buttt, my husband enjoyed them. He wasn't a fan of his candied yams or corn but we have agreed the turkey wings will bring us back ... we just have to try other sides (and the ribs, and the meatloaf, and the salmon ... LOL).

Food is plentiful and good. There is always enough food for later or the next day. Always a line but the server speeds the line down so there is hardly a wait time

I ordered 2 pancake platters with turkey sausage and a side of scrapple. The platters were enough to feed 4 people easily. The pancakes (3 per platter) were fluffy and buttery, the eggs were scrambled soft & fluffy but not runny, the turkey sausage (7 per platter), and the scrapple was fried crisp & soft inside. Total cost was $28 ($11+$11+$5+tax). Overall, not bad!PS--please provide and post an updated MENU!!!

Weird. K&S are widely known for chatterings. But u can't order that item on uber eats, so I called. Was told I had to drive to K,&S to order and pay. When asked, why can't I pay separate for chittetlings and have it added to my 7ber eats delivery. I was told that's not how it's done. When asked to speak to manager or assistant manager, both were not available and was told to call back in 20 mins. This is poor customer service. For disabled customers, this means if I'm visually impaired. Blind, or mobility bound o can't order it. This makes no sense. Other disabled customers and friends of mine had the same experience. Not a good look Krith and Son's. ​

Today was my first and last time visiting this establishment the quality of food was horrible! I visited Saturday, 2/1/2025 in hopes of having me some good old fried chicken. It was OLD chicken that sat under a light, it was greasy and not seasoned enough for me. When they showed me the tray in the store it looked great when I got home with a closer look, I was very disappointed that the chicken was so dry, old, greasy, and tasteless. The yams were nasty full of cinnamon and too watery. Needless to say, my dinner wasn't worth what I paid. The collard greens were Ok, however it was the only thing that I was able to eat (I had to add some of my own seasoning to it). Needless to say, I would NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE to this place, NEVER! It's important to write reviews to hear one's opinion of their experience. I love good food, and this place is simply one place that I would NOT recommend one to go for! Last thing - The staff! The only person smiled was the person that took my order, and I bet he was new, the others seemed to be mad and or tired, the cashier was sitting down, SAD! Best Wishes to this Place
