Don't let the terrible parking at Westminster Shopping Center dissuade you from trying this great new pizza & sandwich place. Park toward the middle of the lot and walk a little. The restaurant is in the same row as Joann Fabrics, at the end near Planet Fitness. My family of four ate at Kechy's on Saturday night. It's only been open for a month, so the word hasn't gotten around. It seemed like they had a good flow of pick up orders, so this little gem will be crowded before you know it.We got a good booth and waited barely a second when Russ was there for our drink orders. Those appeared swiftly, a Yingling, an Angry Orchard, a Coors light, and a well-done cran & vodka. There are a couple of brews on tap, including a local pilsner and an IPA, and a nicely stocked bar. We started with the Buffalo wings, feta & spinach triangles, and hummus served with house-made toast. All excellent. My husband is a wing connoisseur and he loved the wings, so there you go.I had the Bougie pizza (mozzarella, figs, proscuitto, walnuts & balsamic reduction). First the combination is amazing, and second, the pizza dough (also house-made) was outstanding. There were two other pies on the table, Poe's Portabello and Hot Cluck (sans mushrooms). Sharing slices, those were amazing, too. Finishing out our order was my husband's steak sandwich on homemade focaccia with mushrooms, bell peppers, caramelized onions and fontina cheese. He asked for extra steak and he could barely finish it, though he managed! We also sampled the 6-layer chocolate cake and the banana pudding--both were excellent. The dessert chiller is filled with luscious-looking offerings. Take half your food home and get dessert!I'm sorry to let the cat out of the bag because the next time I want figs on a pizza, I may have to brave the crowds, but seriously, give Kechy (which might mean goat in Tunisian, but also means Greatest of All Time. Kechy Pizza ... in a field of pizza places in Westminster, this one just might be the GOAT.

We ordered a pizza, some wings and a salad for dinner. We decided to dine in. The customer service was great from start to finish. The pizza was great with fresh ingredients. I like the crust. The wings were not crispy to our liking and could have used more seasoning. Overall we had a good experience.

Russ was our enthusiastic server, and we were really impressed with the menu. A great variety of pizza's and non pizza food! We had a Wolf pizza and a Bougie pizza, both were excellent. Chicken tenders were also delicious. Food came up quickly and drinks were refilled very quickly. Something unexpected-a full bar! The Moscow mule was tasty! We ordered banana pudding and tiramisu to go, and expect those will be delicious as well. What a great addition and refreshing change to the typical pizza scene. We will definitely be back!!

This was my very first experience at Kechy Pizza, and it was fabulous. The 16" Hungry Wolf pizza lives up to its name, offering a hearty feast that satisfies even the most primal meat cravings. This meaty masterpiece starts with a perfectly executed crust that strikes the ideal balance: crispy on the outside while maintaining a tender interior--mildly yeasty and not overly salty. This foundation sets the stage for what's to come. The trinity of meats--ham, sausage, and pepperoni--creates a robust flavor profile that delivers on all fronts. Each meat brings its own character: the ham provides a sweet smokiness, the sausage adds its signature fennel-spiced punch, and the pepperoni contributes that classic pizza parlor zest with just the right amount of heat. I took the liberty of adding mushrooms--with their earthy umami notes complementing and enhancing the meaty medley while adding a pleasant textural contrast. What truly elevates this pizza is the expert preparation. The meats are cooked to perfection... the edges of the tiny yet plentiful pepperoni curl just so, creating tiny cups of flavor. The sausage maintains its juiciness without turning the pie overly greasy, but greasy enough to be satisfyingly delicious. The mushrooms, far from being an afterthought, are well-distributed and cooked to that sweet spot where they're tender and melt-in-your-mouth delicious! The mouthfeel is exceptional, with each bite delivering a harmonious blend of textures--from the crackle of the crust to the tender chew of the meats and the succulent bite of the mushrooms. It's a testament to thoughtful composition and careful cooking that no single element overwhelms the others.Whether you're a dedicated carnivore or simply appreciate a well-crafted pizza, The Hungry Wolf delivers a deeply satisfying experience that proves sometimes more really is more!I will most definitely be back to try some of their more creative pizzas in the very near future. Thanks for coming to Westminster Kechy Pizza!
