We went to the new location for lunch. It's spacious and clean though it has large glass windows which made the interior a bit chilly on a cold winter day. My costillas asadas (grilled ribs) were delicious and juicy but my husbands chicarrones were dry and appeared to be reheated. We got tucumanes to go for our next meal and they were very good. It's definitely worth a return visit to try the peanut soup and other meats.

Kantutas is a little hidden gem for Bolivians, when in town visiting family we came here and it was like going back to Bolivia. It's a small restaurant, full of heart and has the main dishes you would expect from a Bolivian place. Service was warm and inviting. Their mocochinchi was refreshing and delicious. Even though I couldn't try many of the foods (Due to my food allergies) my family definitely enjoyed their meals and we had a nice time :)

Wow, what a great feast at Kantutas! I had a delicious Picante Mixto lengua and chicken. It was huge and spicy green sauce set it off. The service was warm and friendly, huge portions, clean, and so so good!

Really love getting the opportunity to support my neighborhood restaurants. This was a new one for us as it just opened in this location. The service could not have been more attentive or helpful. The food was great - even for us who know not enough about Peruvian and Colombian food. The kids loved it. Make sure to try the melón drink.

First time trying this spot for lunch h. Nice, bright and welcoming dining room. Wonderfully delicious home cooked South American fare. We enjoyed the lunch special that comes with soup and a flavorful meat dish (chicken or meat-depending on day of week).

Again, this is a hole in the wall, but it is a very fabulous restaurant where you can get all the local food you want form Peru. The owner is in very nice lady who will walk out and settle you down really quickly and get your order right away. Now the menu has a lot of variety of foods, but if you've have not been to Peru definitely ask the waiter or the owner for advice. Mind you everything is superb on the menu..I had the fried fish not tilapia. This was trout beautifully the fried crispy. It came with rice and a garden salad. The ambience it has a fell of Peru, amazing place definitely have to go to

Went here for dinner last night. Friendly welcome, got a table immediately and enjoyed some chicken empanadas to start. We have had their lunch menu before, but this is our first time having dinner in the new space on University Blvd. Sopa de maní is a standout delicious must-try on this menu. The cotleta milanesa came with a side of buttery steamed rice and beat salad. All so tasty and satisfying. The generous portions meant we packed up half our food to enjoy for lunch the next day. We will certainly be back!

My wife and I had the lunch special. We had the wheat soup which was hearty and delicious. It had wheat, beef, and chicken. The main plate was Lechon served with salad, rice, and potatoe salad it was amazing. The aji (homemade hotsauce) added a wonderful savory taste. All of the food had a fresh, just made cuisine. If you have not tried Bolivian cuisine try the various flavorful soups, they do not disappoint! The customer service is superb and we will return!

Not only is the food AMAZING but the portions are generous. The pastelito with cheese dusted in powder sugar is a must try. The Silpancho is my fave but their sandwiches de milanesa is also delicious and huge! Definitely shareable. Their sopa de res and quinoa soup are my fave soups there. Highly recommend Kantutas!
