I have come here twice with my kids in the last 30 days -each time I am surprised by the filth and lack of care for the establishment. The first time we visited, 2 of the bathrooms stalls (women's room) were out of order. This time we came 25 minutes after opening hours and the bathrooms were disgusting- toilet paper all over the floors and waste baskets were full. I truly wonder who is running this place.The carpet in the main area was dirty as well, and looks like it needs a good vacuuming. There were deflated balloons, trash and balloon ribbons all over the floor. The bounce houses themselves are in decent working order although the one that has baskets (for shooting hoops) does not have balls. And lastly, I have a hard time supporting any establishment that does not allow you to bring your own food. Most parents don't want to spend extra money when they can bring snacks from home.The only upside to this place is the Groupon going on which gives you 2 passes for $12. Still, we won't be going back.

Just as the website says they have 7 different jumpers. It's new so it's still very clean. The Yelp page wasn't filled in so it wasn't showing up when I searched for bounce places. I took care of it though. I edited the business and added pictures so they can get more traffic. Check it out. There's no time limit and it's pretty reasonable at $8-$10 per kid. Don't forget to bring socks.

This is an awesome place to take your kids or have a birthday party. The staff is so friendly and willing to assist. They did not want me to do anything but relax while they set up everything for my son's 6th birthday party. They also made sure all the kids played safely and according to the rules. I was very impressed. The bounce houses are huge and have plenty of room for several kids at a time. There is tons of room for the kids to run and play and She'Anna and her staff there were so kind and made this a very special day for my little man and he had such a blast and this created wonderful memories for me. We are going back soon for free play which is just $10.00. So much fun can't wait to go back.

Limited bouncy equipment (only 7) compared to the $10 per kid they charge. No food, and they don't allow you to bring food in either. Even the vending machine doesn't work. And overall fail. You get not one but two stars since you have wifi which allows me to post this review.

This place is a joke. Customer service terrible. The place is freezing cold. $11 per child on a weekend is outrageous.

Awful. Arrived at 9:37 for 9:30 open play and doors were locked. Single employee arrived a few mins later and opened up the building. A/C was broken. Bathrooms had no toilet paper or paper towels and they were out of refills for paper towels. No trash bags in any of the trash cans crumbs and food and trash all over the floor in the bounce area. When discussed with employee said she is not in charge of janitorial stuff and it's her last week so she isn't going to talk to the manager- basically it's not her problem.

Awful....Be careful when booking a party. Your deposit is not refundable, even though the website does not state this upon booking (very misleading). I cancelled my party on December 16 for a January 7th date. The manager would not refund any part of my deposit. The manager told me it is posted on the FAQ page....are you kidding me?????? Why should i have to search for your cancellation policy? It should be visible when you are booking the party. Very disappointed...What ever happened to making the customer happy so that you can get more business/ referrals in the future. I will not visit this establishment nor will my family and friends.

After my recent review, the owner actually called me. He stated that they are working with licensing to get vending machines very soon. He also stated that he was going to talk with the manager about her attitude and decision making. Again, other than the food issue, my kids did have fun and we will be going back. One other perk that actually makes me want to go back is this is a military owned business and they definitely support the troops!

I took the 3 kids I babysit here today. They are 9, 6 and 3 years old and all three if them were entertained for almost 2 hours. It has been open for 2 weeks under new management. The place was clean, all the inflatables are new. It is spacious, the staff was friendly and attentive. They gave the kids water bottles but we were also able to bring our own water bottles and snacks in.
