Joy Luck IV

I have had food ranging from OK to pretty bad. I have had friends who really liked what they got though, so maybe it is a matter of personal taste.Service is fast, and prices are good. It is just hard to be that positive about food I didn't particularly like.If you are just looking for some fast basic American-style Chinese food, this will likely be fine.

Classic American style Chinese food that's a solid 3+ stars served at 5 star speed and price.

Looks like the photos were taken right after "annual cleaning day". The last few times I sat down while waiting for my order, the chair stuck to my butt when I stood up. They have many delicious items. Quick delivery time. Some inconsistency from order to order. I don't mind paying the price for good food, but they stretch it up a bit. Minimum order amount and a harsh delivery charge.

Very bland food despite getting Hunan and schezuan and asking for extra spicy. Protein in all the entrees (4) were very skimpy and tough/chewy. Our go to place was a bit far for pickup in the snowy weather today, but at least that drive would have been worth it. Wont be going back to Joy Luck IV.

Honestly. This place is trash. Save yourself the money and LONG wait time for either delivery or carryout and go up the street to China Garden in Bay Dale shopping center. I only eat here once every couple of months because I live practically next door and I'm dumb and hope that they'll return to their previous quality of a couple years back. Let down every single time. If the price was cheaper I'd be a little more understanding but you're paying $12-15 a meal for food worth $1.You've been warned.

got delivery from here for the first time in a while. I remembered it wasn't the best but it was decent. everything I got this evening was almost inedible. I literally threw almost all of my $40 order away.

5/5 for Chinese TAKEOUT. It tastes like the typical, delicious Chinese food you can get a lot of different locations. I've never ordered delivery.

Always a tasty and a fun meal from Joy Luck 4. Staff is nice and the kitchen is super fast and efficient. Never waiting more than a few mins to pick up my food order.

Hit or miss. Soup is OK, I guess. But since when are shrimp toast pieces BLACK? Individual dishes can be mediocre to bad. Typical hole-in-the-wall take-out place. Never seen the guy at the register smile, but then, why should he?
