Placed an order for 2 items at 6:30 PM, was given a 20 minute estimate. Showed up at 7:00PM, did not walk out with food till 7:50. Food was cold when arrived home 10 minutes later, will never return, awful experience and ruined dinner

Don't bother. They should get zero stars. Worst service. I used to order from them all the time. The last time I ordered was 2 years ago. They took two hours to deliver human chicken. I live 5 minutes from there. They never called. I figured they had time to work out their stuff. Nope. Ordered delivery for my whole family and when I called to check on my order an hour later they said they were too busy to deliver and that would have to come pick it up. I got there and they told me I would have to wait for them to make the order. I asked them why they didn't call me earlier and they said they were too busy. There was no one there. The inside looks like every health violation possible. Sub par food in a disgusting space with the worst possible service.

I gave Joyluck five stars because in my opinion it is the best it can be for carryout / delivery in the area. We have eaten from here many times over the last four years and we prefer this over Jacks to be honest. They are two different places entirely but we have always had great, tasty meals from this restaurant. - Fast and friendly- The food is awesome "American" Chinese food. It's not too greasy or salty.- The price is right for Annapolis. Try finding another place in the area where a meal is less than $10?? - Their delivery is fast and friendly. - The store is clean and the service is quick and upbeat. I would give it a try if you haven't yet. Everyone had their opinion but I have eaten Chinese carryout my whole life and this is above par than most others. I hope they prosper and stay in business. It is good for the Bay Ridge community and good for me because I will continue to enjoy good, affordable Chinese carryout!!!!

I love this place. Third time we have been and will be back again. Chicken lo mein, pork fried rice, sesame chicken and the egg rolls are all great. Service is quick, always consistent flavor, price is great and less than the other Chinese choices. On a separate not the portions are very generous and a good meal for two. We have been looking for a new Chinese place since the closure of court of shanghai and after trying 6 different Chinese restaurants in the area we have settled on this. Hope this helps and you enjoy the food like we do.

Got General Tso chicken combo. The egg roll it came with was good. Good sauce with the right amount of heat. My only gripe is that it took 25 minutes for a takeout order and I was the only one there in line.
