Joe's Seafood

I got a half dozen jumbos yesterday, some of the worst crabs I've ever had. They were either over cooked or re-heated crabs, I'm going with they were re-heats. In the past they've been great, but the meat was really dry, this is the second time this has happened, I didn't complain last time because I always give people a second chance, but I don't think I'll be returning as a customer this time. I'm on disability, can't get crabs as often as I used to with todays prices, so it really sucks to have something like this happen. The jumbo shrimp was good though.

Great spot to pick up a quick lunch... we got jumbo lump crab cakes with fries and slaw. They have a choice of fried or broiled for the crab cakes.Everything was delicious! Their fries seemed to be hand cut, and were perfectly seasoned. Their tartar and cocktail sauces were also very good.This is a seafood market/supplier. They have a nice selection on display, sell premade seafood salads, crabmeat, and fresh fish, scallops, oysters and shrimp. I'm sure it's a seasonal selection.For us today, this was a perfect find on our way to the airport!

Crabs were delicious and ready fast and nice and full. The pricing was also really good for Anne Arundel!! They also have cold crab specials and other types of seafood. I'm sad I didn't try them until recently but this will definitely be the regular spot now.

Joes Seafood is a reliable Seafood option that is well priced for quality seafood. My family ordered enough food for a crab feast and Joe's delivered! Our crabs were delicious and so were our sides. I recommend the the large crabs - they had a ton of meat and were well seasoned with lots of Old Bay. (We got a 1/2 bushel which is 3 dozen- shown in pics) The Cream of Crab soup was ok and very thick and I could have done without. Highly recommend Joe's if you are looking for crabs in the area!

For Mothers Day I was trying to find reasonable priced crabs for 1/2 Bushel. They accommodated me at very short notice & the price was competitive compared to others in the area. I got 1/2 Bushel of Medium Male Crabs for $180. The seasoning was excellent & the crabs were heavy & meaty! I was very satisfied & will be going back.

The other reviews indicate the staff can be rude. I did not experience this because Rockstar picked up the order. I must say these were the best crab cakes I have ever experienced and I have had some of the best. The extra large crabs were amazing. I love you people who try to buy less expensive and expect significant amounts of crab meat. Skinny cows = small steaks.Overall experience from a food quality standpoint was exceptional.

Came to Joe's on a recommendation by a friend. Called in my order for later in the afternoon and it was ready on time and HOT! The staff was very friendly and provided prompt service. The prices were incredibly fair and the crabs were delicious. I maybe had one bad crab in the bunch. I would definitely go to them again for steamed crabs.

Called in my order for crabs in the morning and they were ready for pickup at my desired time. Cooked fresh hot and JO spiced absolutely perfectly! It was my first time buying from here. They offered to pay over the phone and have curbside pickup too!The Jumbos are fantastic! The prices are very high though, maybe because of Covid? Five stars all around!

After reading all the bad reviews I was hesitant to go in. They weren't rude, but not overly friendly. There is a bunch of kids that work there and definitely have to grab their attention, but when you do they were friendly and helpful. Hopefully the crabs are good!! Great selection of seafood to try out. I was quite impressed with the selection.

We love Joe's! Always consistent with their food. I recently ordered food over Memorial weekend. Jumbo steamed shrimp, veg crab soup, hush puppies, coleslaw, macaroni salad. Everything was delicious!
