JJ Carry Out

Best small mom and pop deli style grill style breakfast and brunch. They are famous for their breakfast platter's and their home fries which end at 10am because they are so good. I've been going here since 2012. The spot has lottery and small groceries as well. But the main part is the food like breakfast platters and cheese steaks and burgers and more. It's run by an old Chinese woman with her husband and they are the sweetest ever. They remember everyone's names and orders. It's Cash only but don't worry they have an old ATM. No bathroom but the service is the best in town so I would check them out.

Sooo JJ's! Let me first start off by saying If this place was in a different location and a safer environment I would give it 4 stars.JJ's is located on E. Monument St which is not one of the better areas. It's a little hole in the wall!Be advise that when you call to place your order the lady is rude and after she takes your order she hangs up without saying good bye or give you your total.I normally would not go in the city at all but I had to go near there and I saw this location on Yelp and I also heard that they had great fried chicken.Well I was glad that I tried it out! Their fried chicken was delicious! Perfectly season and fried crunchy. I would HIGHLY recommend calling 25mins in advance and quickly run in, pay and run out! Lol

Beat chicken box that I've had in Baltimore. Johns Hopkins is a few blocks away so when my sister who was getting chemo at the time was hungry I would walk over and grab us all chicken boxes from JJ's. Salt pepper ketchup on everything with a 1/2 and 1/2. I would suggest ordering ahead of time so you won't be on monument street for too long. It's located in the HOOD HOOD iykyk!

Man... Nothing like growing up over west eating at Kims. Chicken box on fire! Now she's over east at JJs. You gotta come get a box or her honey BBQ wings. Off the chain! Half and half be on point. Cheesesteaks are good also.

Best steak sub and fried chicken I had in a long time. The lady who owns it cares a lot for her customers and makes sure your satisfied.

Best chicken box in Baltimore in my opinion. I've never had anything that wasn't good from here though. I've been going here for years but it has become a bit more frightening to frequent. Literally have to fight to get in the door because the young dudes are standing out there peddling their products. Definitely go while it's still daylight.
