Jimmy John's is ok. I don't eat their subs that much. I usually go for the free rewards. They have a seating area. The service is good.

Was on my way to get a chicken sandwich at Popeyes but then detoured to Jimmy Johns. Since it was my first time there, I decided to try the Vito, which I think was number 7 on their list. The sandwich tasted a bit too cheesy, I guess there cheese was sharp that it overcame the rest of the sub. It tasted much better when I removed the cheese. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly which even made it a better experience. Next time I'll try one other sandwich without cheese.

Delivery is the slowest of any Jimmy John's I have ever been to. They average 45 minutes or longer during the work week.

Make it a box lunch - yes and thank you! What do you get for your $12 lunch box and don't be considering steep, until I tell ya what you get - a huge half sub sandwich (this half is Big) - choose any sandwich you want. A small bag of chips, where there is more chip than air; I kid you not and a large drink, a perfectly crunchy dill pickle slice and a cookie (oatmeal or chocolate chip), the size of your hand, extending out to your finger tips, in size. I was full at half the sandwich and had the rest, the next day.

The guy took my order was very professional and did it exactly the way I wanted it. The driver delivered it fast and everything was perfect. The staff here is very friendly and very professional. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. They delivered it to my truck.

What is the point of having and using the app with coupons and saving if the staff do not know how to use them. I had free chips which I did not get because the person ringing up my purchase did not know how to ring it up. Then he said I could get $3.00 off of my favorite so I sad I just order my favorite meal . He said that could not be done because I ordered it on different bread. RIDICULOUS!! May suggest you train you staff to avoid the frustration I am feeling right now.

I live at the hotel right next door to Jimmy Johns in Jessup. I am in a wheelchair, so I order delivery even though the store is so close. I ordered a Vito sub combo meal yesterday by phone and was told it would arrive in 10 minutes. After a half hour, I called to check on it and was told they had become very busy and it would arrive soon. After another ten minutes, I opened my door and my food was sitting in the hallway. Whover brought it had neglected to inform me or to collect for the order. Sometime later, I got a call about not paying for the order. I told them to come and collect. I noticed on the receipt that the delivery fee was $5.97. The shop is 50 yards away! After all this, I decided on no tip. The guy who came to collect had no change, so I'm still owed $1.85 which I never got. By the way, the sub was quite tasty.

I had been wanting to try them because I have gotten bored with Subway. Boy am I glad I tried them. I ordered on line and went in and picked up the sub. It was delicious I ordered the Italian and will be back again. Everything tasted so fresh and crispy lettuce and piled with meat. I was going to order a large and did but had about half to eat later. The second time I went ordered the half and it was really filling. I had the bbq chips and they were j brand and really tasty. I will definitely be back

I have been ordering from the jessup location for a while now and have always been satisfied up until today. They have a new driver named Kim who delivered my sandwich to the wrong apartment and then had a stink attitude and try to tell me that she don't remember where she left it because she already left it's almost 90 degrees outside and you leaving a sandwich with mayonnaise outside when I distinctly asked politely for the driver to call me when she pulls up so I can meet her at the door. Now I'm afraid to order because I don't want nobody messing with my damn food. She just completely messed it up for me!!!! I got to wait 2 days for my money to be put back on my credit card and I'm still sitting here freaking hungry with my taste buds set on Jimmy John's. I will never order from this location ever again. The manager was very nice but that new driver Kim she need to go work for somebody else with her messed up customer service she suck and get a big fat F

Been to this location several times and the sandwiches are pretty good. Customer Service is dismal. Each time I have gone, the employees appear as though they are being forced to work there. Guess every place can't excel in customer service like Chik fil A.
