Stopped for lunch. Service was superfast and the person making the sandwich was quick and customer friendly. She greeted everyone coming in and had pleasant conversations with them. This is someone you want to hire for your business. The owner of this store should give her a raise because she is doing more than just work, she is making your customers return. The place was spotless and clean. I was tempted to recruit her for my business.

The young kids behind the counter do a good job and are pleasant, but they always seem to be one or two staff members short, especially during crunch time (lunch, dinner). I've seen the submaker have to take their gloves off to wrap the sandwich and then ring you up on the register, and then have to put a new set of gloves on to go back make the next sandwich. This is fine if you only have two customers in your store, but it totally destroys the workflow if you've got 10 or more people in line. The last time I went it took me 30 minutes from the time I walked in until I got my meal. So don't go here if you only have 30-45 minutes for lunch, or you'll have to wolf it down on the drive back to work... And ordering online ahead of time doesn't solve the wait either. While you're standing there eating a bag of chips waiting for your order, you can see the online tickets piling up, too, as carryout customers wait in a separate herd over by the door... I'm glad they are thriving -- they have really good cold subs -- but management really needs to work out proper staffing or they are going to lose customers. I now only go if I can on off hours.

A little rude because of how busy and rushed they are during certain times of the day. (They didn't even ask what type of bread I wanted nor if I had rewards points.) However, the place is very clean, and the food is excellent, as usual, with a great variety from which to choose.

Really glad to have a Jersey Mikes in Westminster now. Ordering on the app and pick up at the store were seamless. Our food was fresh and delicious with good quality ingredients. Now the bad part: 1) my wife's turkey sub was supposed to be on wheat bread not whiteAnd2) my cheesesteak sub was supposed to have double meat and cheese that I paid extra for and it was mostly breadHopefully with time their order accuracy will improve

bro gave me the completely wrong order. I asked for no mayo, he gave me mayo. I didnt ask for onions, guess what? he gave me onions. I had to Throw half the sandwich away because of that. waste of money.
