Jersey Mike's Subs

I've ordered a couple times from this store since moving here from Hawaii last July. Only ordered online and have never had an issue. Orders are ready quickly. Customer service is always great. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Parking isn't bad. Easy to get to. The sandwiches have always been really good! It was always a hit or miss in Honolulu. This store seems to be consistent with the quality they put out. I ordered 6 sandwiches yesterday and they were so good I called the store to let them know they did a great job. Prices are fair and I have no complaints.

This location is fantastic and a great addition to the neighborhood. I've order on their app and it's always ready by the time I get there to pick up. I've ordered in person as well, and the team is so nice and genuinely care about their customers. Our favorite subs are #7 and #11 and the subs are made perfectly each time. Before they opened up, we frequently visited the Crofton and Hanover locations and let me just say, the customer service and cleanliness of the Odenton location blows the Crofton and Hanover locations out the water. Make the extra drive if you have to, to visit Jersey Mikes in Odenton. You won't be disappointed.

I visited this location this past Saturday and was very pleased with the service and quality of the food. The owner was on the line, assisting his staff. Everyone was very friendly, the restaurant was clean and the service was quick & efficient. There is sufficient parking and the restaurant is attached to a Bruster's if you are looking for dessert.

I love this new location! I used to go to the one in Hanover, MD. I was first introduced to Jersey Mike's back in 2020. My sister introduced me to the turkey sub. It was flavorful and delicious!I became hooked and was super excited when they opened this one near seven oaks. This shopping center is very close to my job. So I periodically go here on my lunch break. I usually pre order on line. It's ready for pick-up upon arrival. The employees there I find to be very efficient. Very friendly. They greet you the minute you open the door. I definitely like that! I have never dined in. So I can't comment on that. I'm in and out so quickly. With the prompt service. That I constantly receive. My now favorite sub is The BLT. With just the perfect amount of bacon. Be sure to join the club so that you can get points for your purchases. I should be due real soon for a 6oz sub, Woohoo!!Anything free is always much appreciated!

I enjoyed the delicious Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak sub, which definitely filled me up. Like everyone else, I appreciate the excellent customer service and friendly atmosphere. The place is clean and well-organized.

This is a new location and it is very clean inside. The staff is welcoming and they genuinely appreciate their customers. Craig and Mo are incredibly kind and attentive. The subs are fresh and delicious, even the roast beef is good quality, not that overcooked/dry stuff you get at some places. I have been a few times and highly recommend you give it a try.

I've been here 3 times this week! They know how to cook amazing! I've ordered the smoky Western steak sub every time and I'm fully satisfied! I appreciate Muhammad, Pat and the whole team who's worked there since this past Saturday! I'll be back!

I am so glad they put this Jersey Mike's sub right here in Odenton. Everyone is so sweet. Shout out to the owner, Mr. Muhammad Smith. He definitely sets the tone of showing great hospitality. This store is so clean and you will definitely experience sandwiches and awesome customer service. God bless yall again!

I absolutely love this place. My company Kidokinetics orders from here regular for our team meetings. The high level of customer service, freshness of food, and cleanliness of the store is consistently impressive. I also love that the owner is onsite and fully engaged.
