Stopped by to celebrate the Grand Opening and the service was great! The team was upbeat and cheery. The atmosphere was great and made you want to grab a sub or two. I had the Philly cheesesteak and it was a great sub. The bread was warm and soft, cheese melted just right and all of the fixings added the perfect balance to the sandwich. I will definitely return and encourage you to stop by.

My organization was extremely impressed with the Jersey Mikes located at 3569 Russett Green E off of Hwy 198 in Laurel who catered our event, Delta Days in Annapolis. The owner worked with our organization to deliver close to 100 boxed lunches including effectively handling last-minute changes to specific orders less than 24 hours before the event. The service provided was outstanding. The caterer stayed after delivery to ensure that there were no issues with the order and to be able to address them quickly if anything arose. The food arrived on time, each box labeled with names and alphabetized for easy distribution. All lunch orders were correct, and the sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Extra pans of toppings and condiments were included for those who wanted to add them to their meal. Everyone raved about the food. We would not hesitate to use the services of this location again.

The perfect has gone to the very disappointing. My first visit and Spicy Italian sandwich was absolutely great! My visit today was not so great. The Spicy Italian sandwich was loaded with mayonnaise and no spicy peppers. Ugh! It was awful, IMO, and not healthy at all. To the manager's credit, he understood what I told him, and gave me a coupon for a free sandwich. I will try them again, because the first sandwich was so good. Just don't understand why this sandwich could be so different than the real Jersey Mike sub that I originally experienced.

This is my new favorite location for Jersey. Mike's I love the the food. The staff is friendly, outgoing and professional. The sandwiches are top-notch and the service is great.
