I've tried this place twice. I ordered catfish nuggets both times. They taste great however I've felt sick the next day each time. Only reason I ordered the exact same thing again the next time is because I wanted to be sure that it was their food that made me have food poisoning the next day and sadly it was. Not sure if the fish wasn't fresh or what the case is but I don't recommend anyone order it.

Phone in orders are accepted and I love that. Clean interior and pleasant staff. Chicken and fish fried perfectly.

This place has been here for a while. I think I have been going for almost 20 years. The chicken is good the subs are good. Fries are good. The half an half is good. It's "city" food in the county. Which is sometimes hard to find. The fish is good too.

JC's has some amazing food! I especially love the sukiyaki subs and the chicken box and it's western fries! Not many places have western fries, I rather have those than regulars fries. Not many places serve them, so when I found a place that does, the excitement is REAL! The service is fast, the prices are good and location is ideal because of the parking lot. My only suggestion, place your order via telephone before driving to the restaurant. They get very busy and the wait can be long, especially on the weekends!

I was looking for good fried fish and was referred to this place by a family member. The cat fish was good and so were the greens until I found a cooked stink bug in them...My recommendation to the restaurant is to throughly clean your greens!

I was in line this morning and the woman at the register said to me "you don't work, they work I'm taking their order first". FIRST OF ALL, they don't know if I work or not. I was working. I go in there to get food for my boss ALL THE TIME. SECOND OF ALL, I WAS IN LINE!!! I waited an extra 20 minutes because this b!+ch made an assumption that I don't work. The only reason I go in there is because my boss likes the food, I don't. There's only one person up there I like dealing with and they weren't there today. Worst restaurant in Windsor Mill!

I loved the food but common how much effort to get a real website with a real menu???? Get a real website with a menu. Wix is free.

This is the worst chicken box Ive ever had in Baltimore. Don't take the youtube guy's word for it, I would not take my time to leave a review and lie. The chicken wings were dry with no flavor and tasted like burnt grease even though visibly they were not burned. I drove back there to get at least half of my money back to get a proper lunch from a better establishment and the manager was very condescending and offered me another chicken box. I will never eat here again. I left the food at the counter without getting a refund because it was trash. Don't waste your time and money. The chicken is inedible.

costumer service is horrible . I asked the lady where is fish dinners on the menu , she got smart and nasty and told me I need glasses and look for it on the menu myself . I couldn't believe how nasty and evil she was . this is absolutely no way to treat a costumer at all. she is no rude . i am disgusted of how bad her attitude was . she wears a purple shirt and works the register of course I don't know her name but I'm sure this is something she does a lot . very nasty rude woman . she also snatched my bank card out of my hand and slammed it on the counter instead of handing it back to me . this is a horrible place
