The customer service was good and friendly. We were seated in about 10 to 15 minutes. We were served with hot tea and water. The hot tea was perfect on a cold night. For appetizers we ordered chicken lettuce wraps, hot and sour soup, and spring rolls and they all were good. For entrees, we ordered General Tso chicken and Firecrackers shrimp. General Tso was delicious, fresh, and great potion. Th Firecracker shrimp was different as it's a specialty dish. The sauce is a clear white sauce over lightly fried shrimp with carrot and celery. A bit sweet than spicy but tasted good. Was I a fan of the dish, not really but was able to enjoy the dish. We enjoyed it and would visit again. Go and try them out, they are a family own restaurant that has been in the community for a long time. Enjoy!

We circled back to this place after having a really good experience the first time and the food was okay. I really enjoyed my dine-in experience but takeout seemed different.I ordered the egg foo young which is one of my favorite dishes and it was bland. The gravy was way too loose and soupy plus lacking any flavor. The egg was also bland. I will never order that again.The sesame chicken and crispy beef were solid but nothing overly amazing or worthy of the long drive to get it.If this is your local Chinese, I say go for it! But sadly we have better closer to our home so likely won't go back.

The service and ambiance is great, but I think the food lacks seasoning/flavor. I ordered the pork fried rice and it was bland and the moo goo gái pan was super bland. That happened to me thể last time when I ordered chicken and broccoli - it's as though they use zero to little seasonings.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, even when they are busy and crowded. They also LISTEN to requests. I like my dishes spicy and Jack's is the only one who fulfills my requests. It's a farther drive for me but well worth it!!

I wanted to like this place but it just wasn't that great. The highlight was the shrimp toast appetizer. The triple delight was slathered in a bland, cloying brown sauce. Service was slow. At least the prices are reasonable.

Very quick and friendly service, and absolutely delicious dishes! Perfect for meals with large groups!

To be clear, I have never eaten in--only takeout.Sometimes this place is good--sometimes not. By Annapolis standard it is decent Chinese when they actually try, but sometimes they just don't. The last time I was there I waited more than 10 minutes after calling in 10 minutes earlier. No big deal--except when my food finally came out it was with like 6 other orders. In other words--never order fried items to go; you will get a soggy mess.The only exception is the shrimp toast which is quite good. Their spare ribs are quite good too. Other than that be prepared to be disappointed.I ordered the Cantonese chicken. I could have done better. The breading was falling off. I threw most of it out.I also ordered the braised bean curd with added pork. I ordered this once before and it was quite good. This time it was like brown sauce soup with a lot of bean curd and a little pork. If I hadn't had to throw out the other crap I would have thrown this out instead.

Get the Hong Kong style duck! You will not regret it. So delicious. Staff are courteous, prices are reasonable, and you just can't find this kind of place anymore. It reminds me of Chinese restaurants from my childhood, and the food is great.

Delicious food, good service location is convenient. Prices are reasonable. I like the variety of flavors.

Oh how i miss this place! We moved to NW Ark in May & have not found any good asian restaurants here, so sad
