Ok full disclosure- my son lives in the neighborhood and I stumbled upon this place by accident. But what an accident!! The chicken salad sandwich- hands down best I've ever had. The ingredients were ultra fresh with some grapes thrown in - I loved that touch! And the bread- like fresh baked .I'm so excited to have found this place and can't wait to eat my way through their entire menu. Don't make the same mistake I did , finding them by accident.Go to JC romeros intentionally!

We stopped here for lunch before my husband's doctor's appointment at Johns Hopkins Bayview. I had the chicken salad and my husband had the pastrami. Both were delicious and the staff (owners?) were extremely nice and friendly. Will return when in the neighborhood,

Support small business everyone! This is an adorable little hidden gem of a corner cafe. The man who helped me, probably one of the owners, was so friendly! :) Got an egg bite, Turkey bacon & cheese bagel sandwich, which usually comes with a free bottled drink, but I was ordering coffee so he gave me a discount on the coffee for a combo :) - got both for only 5.82!! He whipped it up in no time - crispy bacon, yummy sammy! The iced coffee wasn't very strong, but hey for the price this is still a great brunch. Wonderful shop, even has a shelf of a few convenience store items too. Seems like kind people, local family business, highly recommend!

Friendly neighborhood cafe. Food is good. Be mindful of the parking spaces since it is in a residential neighborhood.

Tucked away in the residential area of Bayview is this Gem. The owner/operators are true gentlemen. As they prepped my food they explained to me the history of the neighborhood, they elaborated on the recent events in Baltimore, but most importantly they showed me a great deal of hospitality. Things to order...Reuben on Rye : Delicious, Succulent, and and tons of sauerkraut just the way I like it Cesar Panini - Loaded with sauteed peppers, ham, pastrami, and melted mozzarella (to die for) Sicilian Panini - Ham, lettuce, melted provolone, sundried tomatoes, roasted peppers, and topped with a pesto spread They also serve a variety of cold sandwiches, flavored coffees, and the Baltimore staple Sno Balls! The shop is located on the right hand corner of Cornwall & Bank

Was in the area and wanted to try something local. This is a cute little place with delicious food and cheap prices. Everyone was really nice.

They make the best panini's, subs, & tostadas.Great costumer service and reasonable price.

Just WOW. Sounds cliche, but leaving reviews aren't my thing....But when I'm blown away, I want others to experience a wonderful thing as well :) prices are very fair, food was great, but what blew me away to post this review was their Italian cold cut sob. Holy sh$&! I destroyed it before I could take a picture and it was an insane portion so I'm somewhat ashamed of that You have to go get you some!!!

Wonderful Greek salad. The turkey club is to die for. Cesar and Matt are a wonderful addition to the neighborhood.

the friendliest neighborhood cafe with very delicious reuben. good food and great conversations. Cesar and Matt really care about the community and the individuals that live here. grateful to have a place like this in the neighborhood to go to for a delicious sandwich or snacks or shakes.
