When we walked in the door it smelled like heaven so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, it was a miss for me. The atmosphere was similar to a Fazolis, but the prices were more inline with an Olive Garden. $97 for 3 people (3 apps, 3 entrees, with one of them being a cold sandwich with a bag of kettle chips, & 3 drinks). I can't recommend.

With the growing number of pizza options in the Bel Air area, it's hard to argue that it's still number one, but it definitely ranks among the top three. We recently ordered their 16" meat lovers pizza for just over $24 after tax. Although the cashier couldn't provide the exact toppings, she assured us that it came with all the meats they have. And boy, was it meaty, filling, and flavorful! The sauce had the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. The pizza arrived promptly, hot and ready to be devoured. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere with soft Italian music playing in the background and well-lit surroundings. While the furniture could use an update, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was noticeable.Rating:With a score of 21 out of 25 stars, I give this restaurant a B. Verdict:Recommended

Fantastic chicken bruschetta pizza! This is one of their specialties. Perfectly seasoned tomatoes with fresh basil, thinly sliced chicken, and the right amount of cheese. The crust is slightly crisp, which works well to support the hefty serving of tomatoes without getting soggy. Comfortable and clean dining room with friendly and efficient staff.

Worst Customer Service! I ordered from Italian Sensations on Friday, February 14. I sent my husband to pick up the order and he was told there was no order. He had to reorder, wait an hour and pay a second time. I had ordered through Toast so I made contact with them. I was told they don't handle the $ so contact the restaurant. I did and was told to wait until the payments cleared assuring me that only one would clear. NOPE. They both did. I went in the next day and showed my bank proof along with the Toast order information. I was told they had to call Toast. They never did. I was in constant contact with Toast and they had reached out on my behalf confirming via voicemail that the order was received and paid for. The next day I asked my husband to follow up and he was told I was wrong and confused. They wouldn't be returning any $. I never received an apology of any kind. Most businesses would apologize and offer something for your trouble. We had to file a claim with our bank. I will never go there again and would absolutely advise everyone to be cautious. They probably think I was going to drop the whole thing being a "confused woman" and all!

I called Italian Sensations in Bel Air today and wanted to place a catering order for a company picnic. A girl answered the phone and I asked to speak with someone for catering orders. She said, I can help. I ordered 10 pizzas and salad for 30 people to be delivered to Schucks Park 301 Schucks Rd, Bel Air, Md 21015 on Thursday 6/13 3 pm with her. She put me on hold and came back and said we can't deliver this. I asked why, she said you need to pick this up. I said, it says delivery over $150 on the website and I can't pick this up. She said, we changed the amount. I said, what was it changed to? She said, do you want to speak with the manager, I said yes. The phone was placed on hold but really, they hung up on me. Really, what great customer service. My order was given to Fortunato Brothers. Your loss.
