If you want "the real deal" Ramen, this is the place to go, hands down!!Tiny little place with a lot of Japanese character. Only three tables. If getting Ramen I recommend eating there, so it comes out nice and hot for good slurping!! But carry-out is the way it should be, packaged with broth separate from the noodles, meat and veg, but easy to assembe.I stopped in because I had passed by and was curious (and hungry). Ordered the traditional pork ramen bowl "Tonkotsu", and Takoyaki appetizer. OMG, It's like I was back in Osaka. Just as I remembered. Needed just a little salt added which is fine, but it was very very good. I couldn't believe how reasonable the prices were. Highly recommend if you like traditional Japanese Ramen.

Great homemade tonkotsu in small town Westminster. Family owned restaurants just hit different. As soon as I walked in, I knew the food was going to be delicious. Only three tables or so in the building but I didn't mind. I wouldn't be surprised if this place starts to get packed with customers in a few months. The decorative walls followed by the authentic ramen was a match made in heaven. Not typically in Westminster MD a lot but I'll be back if I'm ever around!

We came for lunch on a Sunday, service was quick and friendly. There is lots to look at while you wait. The tornado potato was the sleeper item, so crispy and salty. We ordered a Tonkatsu and a chicken ramen, both were flavorful without feeling like a salt bomb. Will definitely be back. We also ordered the soup dumplings which were great but came out a little late for us to fully enjoy. Still a great experience.
