Wow, Infinitos Pizza has lost its touch, Took my family there today around 4:30ish, pizzas were sitting in the bake lights so long it looked like jerky all dried up and nasty. When asked if they could make some new ones, staff acted like it was a chore to do. I remember when fresh pizzas were ready they would holler out what just came up. Today silence, Had to go up and check for ourselves. All I can say is don't waste your time and money at Infinitos anymore, you'll be disappointed .

pretty mediocre food. it's good for a buffet and a fast meal to feed lots of people, but overall, it's nothing special.

We enjoy coming here every couple of weeks for some good and inexpensive pizza. There are a couple of wait staff that make this place amazing, including Steve who always makes our time here a pleasure.

All you can eat cheap pizzas. They had a lot of different pizza choices to choose from. A decent salad bar and good drink choices. For the price I thought was pretty good. For 3 adults with drinks it was only $28 and some change. The cinnamon rolls were the best! I would go back again just for them. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside the place needs a good cleaning. The floors were wet, sticky and slippery. The bathroom also needed to be cleaned. If I was in the area I would try it again.

Food was reheated like Chucky cheese pizza. It looked like they had it stuck in a fridge for a couple of days and put that thing in the oven as if it was fresh. Thanks but no thanks. If I could get a refund I so would.

Younger staff was working so the food was not being replaced as it should of been. We had to request things a few times and being a Saturday night at dinner time we shouldn't of had to wait. The staff was busy talking and playing on their phones and not paying attention to the food nor the requests that were put in. I shouldn't have to request something 2-3 times before they finally decide to make it.

We visited tonight with 6 kids about and hour before closing. The staff was very nice and accommodating making sure the kids had whatever pizzas they wanted available. We closed the place down and they were great.

Literally the dirtiest most disgusting infinitos we've ever been to. There were no pizzas ready besides 1 which didn't have a spatula so there was no way to even get it without using your hands. They didn't even bother making more pizzas until then either, so everyone was left waiting for more to be made. All the "clean" plates had stains, pizza sauce, and crumbs all over them. We will never be back.

We have really enjoyed this place in the past when we have visited the Hanover area. Our experience this time was mixed.Prices have gone up from "Hey, this is cheap!" to "It's not too bad, I guess." Currently, the pizza buffet is $6.99 while the drink station is $2.49. Figure $10.00 for lunch. This is pretty good for all you can eat. Then again, for a family of four, it will be $40.00, and you could do better for a pizza dinner. There were maybe a dozen pizzas to choose from, 3 or 4 of them vegetarian. They were enjoyable, but none would be considered outstanding. New pizzas came out regularly and they were willing to take requests. The pasta bar was basic, but the kids liked it.Our main concern was cleanliness. A number of tables were piled with dirty plates and cups, with the few employees getting to them sometime in the future. Floors were both sticky and slippery in places. The clean plate pile had some unclean dishes. The person that appeared to be the manager was friendly, but had terrible food handling protocol. She wore gloves -- but NEVER took the gloves off or changed them. She took money at the register, cleared dirty cooking items, opened all sorts of drawers, formed the pizza dough, sprinkled the cheese on, handled more cash register money, went back to placing pepperoni, answered the phone, etc. This was a major turn-off.A younger high-school kid, on the other hand, seemed very good at getting a new pair of gloves when handling food.Unfortunately, we were "grossed out" enough to question coming here again.
